Any problem is never of their doing
I had bought toner cartridges for my Brother colour laser printer from them, and they worked OK, so I decided to buy refill toner (four colours). The print was absolute rubbish. I contacted HotToner and they responded (happy about that) but after some tooing and froing, their 'technicians' said that it was because the cartridges were worn out. They had supplied them and it was the first time that I had refilled them. They offered no compensation and have virtually wiped me. The reviews that they appear to use on their site appear to be too convenient and 'in house' as you cannot use it for any negative reviewing.
Give them a wide berth.

Prompt Delivery. Great Prices.
We have been purchasing all our toner for our printers from HotToner for about 10 years now. It is so much cheaper than going into Officeworks. Without fail, it has arrived by courier one or two days we've ordered it, and we've never had to complain about the quality. Despite our initial concerns for our printer's health and well being, we have now purchased their generic toner for about 3 years and have never had a problem. We are very happy customers.

Samsung
They sent out 3rd party toner for my Samsung, everything fitted ok but the printer said I was out of toner. Next day I receiver genuine Samsung toner at no extra charge, I didn't even have to send the other back, not that they were any good to me. I was very happy with the quick resolution to a problem

Excellent Transaction
Ordered a high yield toner replacement for my Samsung Multi-Function Printer late on Sunday night. Arrived at my door in Perth early on Tuesday morning. Can't beat that! Prices are very generous too.

Hot Toner
I have used them before and the service was great, however maybe the company has new owners, the service was terrible, I had to become a customer again, my login details had been lost, I didn't get an email saying that my item had been dispatched with a tracking number, my item wasn't dispatched over night and a week later I was still following it up with them. I still don't have my product.

Fantastic Service
I needed a colour and black Canon cartridge 37 and 38.. So yesterday morning I ordered at about 10 o'clock. I live in Brisbane. Well they arrived at a little after 4 the same day. Could not beat that for service. I had rung the local store and asked if they had any but no not until next Monday. I paid for postage but that was just a little over $5 and still was cheaper than what I have been paying ....I shall only be buying from here in future . Thank You

Hot Toner
I purchased a $10.15 (including postage) Brother ink cartridge at 4:11PM and by 9:00AM the next day my order is still 'processing'. Contacted Hot Toner to make sure there were no problems and they said that the item has to be sent out from Sydney. What does an item being sent out from Sydney have to do with effecting the processing time of a electronic banking transaction is anyone's guess. I would not recommend using this company. Very dodgy.

DO NOT USE - You will regret it
Went to the hot toner web site to buy a refill yellow cartridge for my Samsung CLP610 printer. All good, went to check out, seemed fine.
Next day get email from them, notice the email says CLP620. It's very common for toners to fit multiple printers from the same manufacturer, think nothing of it.
3 days later it arrives (at post office, NOT at my door).
Put it in - doesn't work.
Call them up, they reckon I ordered the wrong toner when I know I ordered it off their own CLP610 page where it clearly listed the item as being for the Samsung CLP610.
Now they won't exchange it or refund the money even though it was their mistake.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if THEY make a mistake, YOU will pay the price. Customer service is NIL.

Excellent company
It is easy to write a poor review but I am making the time to write about the excellent customer service I have been given by this company. This is with regards a cartridge that did not fit my printer (the small size did fit with no problems but the large black did not). The staff went out of their way to assist me and were very helpful as we went through the trouble shooting process. All three cartridges were replaced very promptly. This company value customer service. Keep up the good work Hot Toner!!

Service Has Always Been Excellent
I read the other reviews and wonder if I have been dealing with the same company. True, I have never had anything go wrong in the two years I have been ordering from Hot Toner. An indication of an excellent online company is the manner in which they deal with complaints and the theme coming through from others suggest some improvement could be made.
I send an order for bulk Canon ink every few months and don't rely on having large stock on hand at any one time.
Their acknowledgement email is instant and their deliver, by signed courier, generally within two days of order. Products have always been well within usage date and no problems have been encountered.
Prompt delivery, cheaper than traditional suppliers, quality products.
Nil.

Second time faulty cartridge! Unhappy!!
I bought 2 laser cartridges in October 2013, so that when 1 ran out I would have a backup. Now 6 months later, I unpack the second one and it doesn't work. Phoned Hottoner and they said too bad it's out of warranty (by 6 days). I will never order from them again as the same happened last year but then I had ordered x3 and the third one was faulty, but by that time a year had passed (so NO warranty)!! I gave them a second chance then but very disappointed. Have ordered one from another company.

Poor Service
i ordered cartridges on 11 Dec 2013 and finally received a credit on 2nd Jan 2014. in between i was constantly phoning and sending emails.
very little response to either. customer service for this company is very poor. my final phone call today seemed to prompt the refund.
they give you a tracking number for the parcel which proved to be usless.

Received a delivery on a wrong toner for my fax machine. I requested for a exchange to the correct model that would fit into my machine. Was told by the customer service person that the Manager refuse to accept return goods once the delivery box has been opened; How else can a customer take out goods if the delivery box is not open!!
Even after I mentioned numerous time that the toner has not been used (as it's a completely different bracket fitting) and its in perfect condition inside the interior packaging which was not sealed or taped.

Bad after sales service
When I complained about batch of faulty Brother toner cartridges - they would not do anything about it, instead wanted me to get information about how pagers I had printed from the printer etc. just to fob me off . Lost my custom completely after ordering from them for 1 year.

Don't use them
3 operators all managed to give me the incorrect tracking number. Finally I asked for the Manager which resulted in the correct tracking number being given. It took 4 days to dispatch the toner to Australia Post. Then with Express post it took 3 days to go 3.5km. We are still waiting for our delivery we urgently need. It's any bodies guess when we will finally get our goods.

Only place that have ever used my mastercard and less than two months later I had fraud action on my account. not good enough to have this information disclosed to others and no paypal on site which means unavoidable to not use credit card. Don't Ever Buy From Here

Hopeless service ... Poor business attitude
Ordered 4 'compatible' cartridges and the first iinstalled was faulty. Great start. Called and it seems it was a bad chip not being recognized by the printer. Said they'd send a replacement cartridge ... But instead they sent just a new chip! Amazing. So I had to fiddle about trying to get it in and it was still loose. Finally inserted the cartridge ... And hey, no ink!

o, can't guarantee that. Suggested Better still, they should upgrade it to a genuine one at no charge. No, can't do that. Deliver it today? No, too difficult. Keep saying its not their policy, which is obviously more important than their customers. Talk to a manager? No, he's too busy to talk to a customer. Appalling service and attitude. Somehow when going into through Officeworks website I have ended up ordering off you guys which did not become apparent until done deal. I have a fairly new printer and have read some of the above reviews and must say I am a little apprehensive now about using your products and many of the above have said their printers were damaged because of leaking cartridges. I hope that I have not made a mistake in ordering through you as far more bad reviews than positive ones I must say especially to do with after sales service. I must say if I could cancel my order I possibly would.
