Inaccurate store hours
Website says they are open on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm. I called to check - No answer. I drove 25mins to the store, the sign said 'open' but there was no-one there and the door was locked.
If they no longer operate on weekends, then they should update the website. This is an IT store - A poorly maintained website reflects poorly on my impression of their services.
Store was closed even though website said they were open

Terrible
If you buy from this shop make sure that the item is new and packaging doesn't look tampered with. It it doesn't look new then it isn't!
Cheap!
Selling used/reconditioned items as new.
