Where do I start the way I was treated by my so called property manager was Talitha was disgusting. Bent over backwards when we moved out not good enough

We arrived on the dot at 1:29pm for an inspection, no one was even at the property despite texting talitha and calling her half an hour earlier. When I rang her she just gave me so much attitude, kept saying we were late and was so rude. Definitely stay away from this place, don't know how to talk to people with respect.

Renting under image property was excellent whenever an inspection was coming up or a issue occurred the communication was always there and was carried out well, I go with image Property as a preferred agent

I am an overseas investor, and Image looked after my property for four and a half years.
In that time, I lost count of the number of property managers assigned to my house. As a result, I never knew who was giving me information and could never trust what they were telling me.
Only when I switched agencies, did I fond out how bad Image really was. The property inspections were nothing short of a joke, the consistent mismanagement and lack of care given to my property now manifesting in the almost never-ending fix-up bills I am now presented with.
It's staggering how poorly my property was managed.
Please. Under no circumstance should you use Image Property Management. You'd be better off getting a pile of money and setting it on fire.

Heartbroken with the condition of our property after 4 years managed by image property. Outrageous that so much damage could occur in such a short time. Protect your property, save your money and go elsewhere!

I have been in the property investment game for 10 plus years now and have been through many property managers within that time. It took me all those years to finally find Image Property they look after my property portfolio being 4 homes. Image are exceptional in all aspects of property management and i wouldn't use anyone else Kayla is awesome at managing my properties in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Tara is also exceptional looking after my homes on the Sunshine Coast.

Talitha in the Aspley office is a blatant racist. They have no idea of the RTA laws and continually demand stuff which they are not entitled to do. They need to have their licence stripped.

Had image property as our property managers for 6 years. They had 4 different people act as our property managers over those years, and every single one couldn’t care less about any requests made. Only to try and make us pay for them at the end by claiming all of our bond at the end without any prior mention of issues.

Property managers are incompetent in managing requests for repairs. Calls and emails go unanswered - an email response to the effect "they have been very busy" as the reason for non-response. Obviously managing conflicting deadlines is not one of their strong suits. Hire better managers and ones that can conduct themselves professionally. Multiple changes of PMs throughout the 6month lease meant that concerns were not handed over. Useless.

completely negligent, incompetent property managers. Do not reply to constant phone calls, emails. Waited over 3 months for leaking toilets to be repaired. Try to pass on all their incompetence and negligence on repairs to tenants. Avoid at all costs - you will pay in your own sweat, blood, many tears and finances for their negligence! Should be held accountable. Have asked on several occasions for customer feedback response forms - never provided.

Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional in all aspects and incompetent. Do not rent through this agency. The worst agency I have ever encountered. Avoid this agency like the plague

The invoice didn’t mention the cause and the evidence got disposed. A total scam. My property manager was Rebecca Elliott, an agent who only works and listens for one party of the contract: the house owner.

If you want a totally unprofessional service with constant headaches and nothing gets done when you ask then this is the agent for you.
Out to discredit you and totally unskilled workers that are never wanting to listen to you.would not recommend this agencey to anyone even if it was somone i didnt like. Use them and you will be disappointed when your tennsncey is up.keep good strong accurate records of everything that is a problem as they will make you fix it or clean it back to a brand new house with no wear and tear.not professional at all and never listen to your requests or if they do they dont action them.things that were broken at the beginning of our tennancey were only fixed when we left.terrible service all round.not recommended

After reading reviews about this agency and then having similar issues. I advise renters to be aware.
We moved into a property which had not been professionally cleaned, floors and windows filthy, and the oven
was disgusting, the place flooded the day we moved in, due to management not being aware of a leak under the sink that although it had left a stain on the floor, they did not seek to have it looked at. At $800 per week, you can bet when we move out they will expect the house to be spotless. Ruthless opportunistic managing agents, l am sorry but that is what l feel we are dealing with.
