Apart from great Product, Customer service from Sonia, Office and Installation staff was fantastic! Sonia ensured that the whole process of product selection and the logistics of operation was coordinated perfectly. We were advised of the process in advance of every step. The Office and Installation staff were also very generous in passing on their knowledge. Our dealings with Sonia gave us great confidence with our use of Into Blinds for our purchase so they get a big thank you and an excellent recommendation!

Right after handover, into blinds offered to do a quotation for our house. We were planning fo get at least 3 suppliers for quote. But when Nathan came and did the measurement, we were impressed on how he handled everything and he is so easy to deal with.. he even gave us temporary blinds while waiting for the blinds. we really felt we got the best deal so we ended up ordering a security door too.. highly recommended...

Absolutely pathetic service. Salesmen cape out to quote. Come back a few days later to finalise sale, after waiting a week I find out there is no stock and nothing anyone can do and no guarantee of install date. I am a business owner myself and can’t believe the service this company offers. Never ever will recommend into blinds to anyone.

Was a returning customer and after a horrible experience for an entire house both indoor/outdoor blinds and security doors thought I would get a quote on one window that I never had blinds fitted to. Emailed and got a quote. Got a quote from another company and wow. Into blinds was double the price for a returning customer. Went with the other company, service outstanding and product is far superior to into blinds block out blind. Never again into blinds are awful to deal with and overpriced for a poor quality product.

Like other reviewers the initial contact and sales process was very efficient and easy. Our experience really fell down upon installation where the installer damaged our new (!) timber window frames when placing the brackets incorrectly and also not pre-drilling holes causing splitting. This was covered up at the time (the installer filled the holes roughly) and we only found the mess once we had a chance to look at the blinds closely once he had left. Repeated efforts have been made to contact Into Blinds, but these have been ignored (with promises of 24-48 hour replies). I don't know what sort of compensation we may be able get anyway with their payment up front policy. Overall this has been a horrible experience.

Just had Mihir and his offside out to do some minor adjustments to our Plantation Shutters. Great Service with nothing being too much of a hassle. The Service was prompt and efficient.

Had curtains installed throughout the house. Sonia was fantastic - very patient and helpful. I get many complements on the curtains. The whole process was very easy. Quick and professional installation.

Poor quality and poor customer service. They convinced me to order their most expensive product which was the poorest quality and damaged! I have been chasing repairs for 3 months only to be constantly given the run around by their “manager” Tania who is ridiculously rude!
Don’t waste your time or money, their product is just as bad as their commercials!
