Terrific Service Highly Recommended
The day after receiving our Chrysler 300 SRT that was purchased from a dealer in Perth we discovered that it had a fuel leak, the service department at Frizelle Sunshine Tweed was able to look at the car, diagnose the issue and have the warranty claim and parts order sorted in under a day.
Dalene was excellent to deal with and provided constant updates over the week that the car was there, we had some additional work done and were pleasantly supprised when the bill for these works was substantially less than what was quoted.
Highly recommended.

Never again
I wish I had read other peoples reviews before I purchased through Frizelles. Ive bought 2 cars from them in 4 years and I wont be doing it again. Salesman outright lied about what was included in the contract of sale. When Ive tried to follow up them there is no return of phone calls, emails or online chats. All I can say is dont trust the Salesman or their manager and make sure everything they say is in writing. Dont believe it when they say The Hub does all that separately because you never hear from them again.

Changed my service books for 2 weeks ahead without asking
Terrible service without asking changed my booking for car service, I am moving my car service to other dealership far away from them as their customer experience is very poor.

Absolutely no customer service at all (pathetic)
I called several times and left message to different staff members and manager inclusive the area manager NSW north coast in regards to an appalling after service that I received. I was totally ignored and bounced around with a total lack of respect. I eventually get my car back after 4 MONTHS at Frizelle Lismore for a repair.
No apology, nothing was offered except attitude from the entire staff inclusive of area manager.
Do yourself a favour buy and service your car from other car dealer but avoid Frizelle at any price.
TERRIBLE

James Frizelle Motor Group Think Twice
Under no circumstances trust James Frizelle Motor Group they advertised a car for sale I requested photos of the vehicle they sent me photos of another vehicle.I then spoke to the general manager requesting his assistance in obtaining photos he advised he would have the manager contact me and send the photos it is now 4 days into this request and still no photos the car is advertised on multiple web sites including there own that it is a great buy as the price has been reduced but this car has never been for sale on their car yard has not been prepared for sale and they do not even have photos of it to show on their website this is certainly a company I believe the ACCC should look closely at.

Be warned
Recently I purchased a vehicle from James Frizelle Motor Group at Tweed Heads. It was a 2010 200 Series GXL Toyota Landcrusier for the purposes of towing a caravan. It was one of the worst experiences I have had. To the credit of the Sales Manager he did try and rectify the issues which were largely resolved. BUT, the warranty is another issue. The warranty is very basic, included as part of the deal, with a fixed price servicing plan - all good so far - HOWEVER the warranty is only valid if the servicing is carried out by James Frizelle Motor ...Read more
Group. Which effectively means they are guaranteed to get the return servicing - nothing wrong with that - good business - BUT I explained to the Salesperson at the time of purchase that the vehicle would largely be used away from Tweed Heads and it would be difficult to get there for servicing - could I get it serviced by the vehicle Franchise holder (Toyota)? I was told that should not be a problem - that advice appears now incorrect - totally incorrect. Be warned that if the vehicle is not serviced by James Frizelle Motor Group under the terms of the warranty it is worthless - and certainly don't pay for the more expensive fully comprehensive warranty which they will try and sell you - it will be a waste of time if you don't live near a James Frizelle Motor Group Service Centre which are located either at Tweed Heads or Robina or Southport all on the Gold Coast. Would have gone ahead with the purchase - probably not as a warranty is essential these days.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
