Website advertising they service Dundee beach nt and they have never serviced the area . And just get told the website hasn’t been updated. Not happy with the service condescending there all over the web saying they do.

Fast effetive and friendly. Tested my existing arial points and found a faulty cable which I had been having problems with for a while.

I phoned Jims antennas who told me someone would call me back soon. I thought to myself "here we go, going to call me back when?.." About 10 mins after making the initial call a bloke called Shane phoned and said he could be at my house in 30 mins. Shane was at our house within 20 mins. He wasted no time and gave me a quote breaking down what all the cost would be. I was extremely happy with the quote and asked when it could be done? Shane said I can do it now it should take about 1 hour.
Shane completed the job under 1 hour. I was so happy with the level of professionalism he displayed and the efficiency.

Our brand new home needed an antenna. I made the call to Jim's after receiving some good feed back from a friend. Within 10 mins of the initial call, the individual who'd be doing the job called and said he could be there within two hours which was a nice surprise. Matt was true to his word, on time and on budget. The job didn't take him long at all. He was friendly and knowledgeable which added to the piece of mind that he'd done the job properly. I've since recommended him to two other friends who I know had antenna installations done by the same guy. They were also very happy with the service.

We needed an antenna fix for our disabled daughter to watch tv one of her pleasures Stu came asked some questions got to work and not long after all was done and we had a very happy daughter can't thank him enough for his great service and friendly manner

Service was fantastic. Technicians were 15 minutes early which is good. It took them about 15 minutes to connect the main phone line (so there is a dial tone and the internet would work). Only negative thing I could say is the price. I paid $150.00 which I thought was too expensive for a short job.

After calling Adelaide Hills Antennas who assessed the job, and advised me they couldn't do it, I rang [name removed]. He assessed, quoted and did the job on the spot. Needed a whole new antenna as the old one was very old, and TV was pixelating. Problem fixed in about 2.5 hours. Quote reasonable. Very happy with result.
