Bunsrun from Prospect SA did a fantastic job with the antenna and tv mount. Both of these were installed cheaper than what the tv shop were going to only mount the TV. Being such a cheap scape, it's refreshing to deal with someone so professional.

Tradie intentionally broke HDMI cables when he disconnected TV from wall-mount. Then he replaced 3 new HDMI cables. 1x3M for 50 dollars, 2x5M for 160 dollars (80 dollars each). Plus 40 dollars for running HDMI cables through wall. 250 dollars ripped off.

Very professional and quick, friendly and great service.

I contacted Jims Antennas after being told by another company that I would have to wait until lunchtime Monday. I wasn't expecting to get anyone out on a Friday to help but I was told to expect a call fro Matt within the hour. Matt rang 5 min later and was at my door 35 min after that. Even though he wasn't keen to do it due to rain clouds looking ominous, I told him how my husband who worked 6 days a week liked to watch football on his day off. He agreed to do it and just over an hour or so later it as fixed. The rain followed as soon as he came off the roof. So thank you Matt from Paisley you made my husband a happy man... I live in Williams WA. I rang this company three weeks ago, still waiting for a phone call to even show an interest at least for what I needed doing to set up my TV. Extremely disappointed.

emailed Jims - phone contact within the hour. service available at my convenience Sat am. Peter was punctual polite and obviously very competent. Tested signals and replaced antenna, all done and dusted just over an hour. Excellent job very professional worker

Peter contacted me within a short time frame to query the nature of my online request. I was needing assistance to get a new TV outlet at the home of my elderly mother.
Peter was helpful in translating what was required as was in attendance within half and hour with the job done and dusted so quick, that Mum was not inconvenienced at all.

I would not lie, I was quoted $80 under from other companies but I'm happy to have paid top price for the installation of my wall mount tv. Service was top class, clean and professional.

The installer explained three different ways to mount the TV and at the end he choose what it seemed the most difficult one. Once the job was done and he was about to leave we decided to change the position of some connections and he was happy to help us do it, no complain, no extra money. (nearly 35 minutes more of work)

If you want a job well done and peace of mind definitively go for Jim's antennas.

I'd won a 55" television at my bank's Chinese New Year Dinner. Rarely watching TV, I gave this to my daughter whose television was ready to be changed. From the internet I saw details of Jim's Antenna, rang them, Daniel contacted me within 10 minutes. Less than 2 hours later the TV was installed and up and running. That's what I call service.
And Daniel was a really nice bloke too!

I filled out their online form for a Obligation Free Quote. The guy then climbs up on the roof a few days later and then sends me a invoice, keeps on harassing myself and the tenant to pay for the unauthorised works. My tenant does not feel safe at the property now. We both find Jims Antennas as an untrustworthy company and would avoid them and the group as their behaviour is unethical and dangerous. We have called the police as the tenant feel threatened by the behaviour of their operator.
