Rang the central number to ask for contact and a quotation. Got asked significant personal detail only to be told that no-one was available and I should try again later - nothing pro-active or service-oriented: you're on your own, mate! But we do have sufficient detail to spam you!
That is not a reflection on the individual franchisees. Some of them clearly do a splendid job.

I would just like to say that Neil W would have to be one of the best service men I have ever dealt with. From the beginning of the process to the end, I cannot fault him one bit. His work and customer service skills are absolutely impeccable. He is an absolute credit to your business and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone that is looking for a similar service! The representative turned up at a time close to what he promised. He was knowledgeable, efficient, explained what was needed, gave a quote and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

After my initial contact at the service centre, Matt from Jim's Antenna called me as promised, arranged a time to come to my home the next morning, and indeed arrived at the appointed time. I agreed on the cost to replace my corroded antenna, and Matt efficiently did the installation. He was friendly and efficient and now my TV picture is perfect

The service provider was personable and efficient. He arrived within the time frame nominated and completed the job quickly and without fuss. He cleaned up inside and put the hard rubbish in my waste bins. I am happy with the service.

I had problems with tv picture reception with pixelation and "weak signal" messages and pictures that just disappeared. Got another mob and they fixed one antenna outlet. $220. Then the other 3 didn't work. Back again and they worked for 5 minutes. Another $210. So one worked and other 3 didn't. Got Shaun Casey from Jim's Antennas and he found the two hidden problems. One wall outlet didn't work, (been there for years and had suddenly failed) and the other mob had stuffed up a connection with bad workmanship. He took out the unnecessary amplifier (cost me $90) and now everything is brilliant. Best $130 I have ever spent. Shaun was quick and very thorough. Would recommend him to anyone.

Great service from Daniel at Jim’s Antennas. He attended our house promptly las5 week ( on the hottest day on record in SA). Installed a data point, and an antenna then retuned the TV, replaced furniture, cleaned up and explained it all. He was efficient, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
