I was very happy with Sean Shaw, the chap who came and installed my new antenna. He was on time, and did the job in record time. He was very friendly and I know I can contact him if I have any problems. Both my TV sets now work perfectly. The new solar panels were blocking the signal to my in roof antenna, so Sean said I needed an exterior one, which works great.

I recently contacted Jim's to fix the TV reception at the new rental house.
I was very pleased with Marc and the problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I booked a quote online and I received a phone call within 10 minutes letting me know that the technician Shaun would contact me within 30 minutes about the job. He rang within 15 minutes. We organised a time that day for a quote. Shaun arrived at the specified time and spent a good 40 minutes with me explaining what he would do and quoted the work required. I felt this was a fair price and we organised a time for the work. On the day of work Shaun rang earlier than required time stating that he had finished a job earlier than specified and could start my job earlier than agreed. I was happy to do this. Shaun arrived on time and the work was completed to an extremely high quality. Very happy and would highly recommend.

My phone call was returned within 10 minutes. The worker arrived within half an hour to quote the job. The quote was reasonable considering it was a difficult job. The actual work was completed the next day without supervision. Excellent service. Will definitely recommend and use again if required.

First time dealing with Jim's Antennas. Bunsrun called promptly and arrived on time. He was easy to talk to and completed the job perfectly.

Daniel was amazing. He came for a quote, which was very competitive, and was able to install on the same day after we accepted that quote. It was extremely hot that day, but Dan was up on (and in) the roof without hesitation. I could not fault anything that he did. very professional and great work.

I do not have line of sight of the TV transmitter towers (shadow) and my signal was getting quite bad. Jim sorted out my problem very quickly. I now have excellent TV reception and for a reasonable price.

Sean contacted us the day we requested a quote. He arranged to call on us the following day. He arrived on time, investigated our problem and completed the job there and then. Sean was very thorough and professional. We appreciated his friendly, courteous manner and helpful advice very much indeed. We were extremely pleased with the service Sean provided. Many thanks.
