Awesome, spot on, perfect, simplistic. Have wet back system,ideal in winter,not in summer.So I have plumbed it all in and now I am the smartest rooster in the hen house.Just need to remember that settings are sensitive to use.Brilliant. Good people make good things,thank you. Using the unit in the house saves a lot of firewood,so more shower time,clever.

The temperature on my hot tap keeps going up and down. It won’t stay at the one temperature. It reaches 40 odd degrees and then goes straight back down. I am not sure why this is happening. If you could give me any help, that would greatly be appreciated, as I’m not sure why this happening. Thanks.

We bought the HOTTAP to replace our previous camping shower setup where we had to run our car engine to heat the water. We have used the HOTTAP a few times camping over the last year and a bit and have been pretty impressed with how it has worked. It is easy to adjust the temperature and works very well in non windy conditions. We had an issue with it when we were camping on the beach and it was quite windy - which blew out the flame every few seconds (giving you cold water not hot!). We ended up having to hold a few objects around it to keep it going but it did work in the end. Overall, happy with our instant hot water when camping.

Having a local agent clinched the deal really. Absolutely no regrets! Online order response was humorous and rapid. Loved it. The HOTTAP arrived promptly by courier. Brilliant. Simple to operate. Great water pressure. Hot water at the turn of the rose. We were all impressed and after 45 years camping with solar showers we just love this unit. Woohoo!!

I bought the Joolca to set up an outdoor shower. With 11 family members coming to visit from interstate over Christmas, there's no way 16 people could shower at once after getting home from the beach. So, a couple of pallets, some off cuts of decking, some old doors, a market umbrella and a windsurfer sail, all we needed was a shower system. Joolca worked an absolute treat. By the end of Christmas everyone was showering outdoors. We love the simplicity of turning it on, even the kids could operate it and we had no worries of them burning themselves. Set and forget. And now we can unplug it all and take it camping!

This is a great shower with excellent pressure and easy set up - just perfect for 'glamping' The water temperature is easy to control, so not too hot for the grandchildren. The whole family is now enjoying outdoor showers at our section.

We bought the whole kit and kaboodle after using several other products to supply our hot water/shower needs when bush camping. It is by far the best for those without fancy caravans with all bells and whistles. Unfortunately, we killed the heater and jacket after travelling down the Birdsville Track (not the products fault - red dust is a killer . If doing 700 km of dirt roads, store the heater in your truck - we had ours mounted on our van on the rear). After contacting Cameron at Joolca and finally reaching civilisation, we sent the unit and jacket back - all fixed in a couple of days and posted back to our daughters address at no charge. Brilliant. All good for our next trip .

Wow, works perfectly for getaway camping and the dog is enjoying her warmer outdoor washes. Just perfect for our lifestyle. Thanks Joolca looking forward to using it more during the Christmas break. Have mounted to a trolly for ease of movement. Have just enjoyed a warm shower after a COLD water ocean swim.

I purchased this product and it delivers hot water instantly. Great for showering, washing the horses and the dogs. It just works! Good after sales service from the company. They seem to stand by their product and also have some great accessories. Highly recommend this product if you need a portable shower.

Extremely happy with the Hottap I purchased for my gooseneck trailer. So easy to use. We simply connect a water hose, turn on the gas and our shower is ready.
The customer service was second to none. Within a very short time frame my Hottap was on its way. Great product, great service and a great price too.

Did a test run and it all worked, so met my (very high) expectations. Easy to set up, easy to use and delivered warm to very hot water depending on how I adjusted it. Also very compact and light, so easy to store in my camper trailer or ute when travelling

Love this product, I already owned one, this was a Xmas gift, so obviously I think it's great. I installed mine into my Jayco Dove camper& my son in law has attached theirs to their camper trailer. The water temperature is easily enough at the highest flow rate. Thanks Joolca.

I've been using this unit as my everyday shower while my bathrooms being renovated. Can't fault it.

Great product only let down by the shower head even the upgraded one. mine broke before the first shower whilst camping at wyangala dam. Dont know what joolca were thinking. Do your self a favour and get a 8mm hose connector and a gardena garden shower head and you will have years of trouble free use. For pumping from a river or dam.....the bigger the pump the better as good consistent pressure is the key to keeping the burner on.

It’s so good I’m very impressed is indeed the product that we wanted to be a great asset to our holiday shack with grandchildren and sisters and brothers will all need a shower after a day on the beach and also we have a boat it’s going to be a great asset to our family cheers
