Bought a screen protector, had it installed. phone now can't recognise my fingerprint, the glare from protector makes it unreadable, sits on phone wrong so is filled with dirt underneath.

I purchased a case for my phone in late May. Within weeks the case (vinyl) became discoloured. I returned the wallet and after much interrogation by the assistant and a phone call to the owner they replaced it with same case but in black. Today I returned the second case(with receipt) as the case coin purse came apart so coins fell out. Once again the assisant had to ring the owner. No they would not replace it as it was over 2 months old. Purchased the new wallet just over 4 months ago. Don't shop here, inferior products and shocking service.

I took my phone to have the power socket repaired. 3 weeks later I picked up the phone and it would accept charge. I took it back and they replaced it while trying to deny it was a faulty part.
After testing i found they had broke the fingerprint sensor and I couldn't send/receive texts. Again wees later they said its repaired but it wasn't there fault as the phone was old. it was 12 months old!!!

Obviously a cowboy shop that hires non skilled techs.
