Really happy with the service and the store,
Staff are very active to help and have a great setup where you can even watch your phone being repaired.Lots of cases to look at as well and gadgets.

Hailey, the Bondi Junction store manager, absolutely went out of her way to help me
I called the store (Thursday 19 March 2020) to see whether I could use my store credit online. Hailey answered the phone and gave me extensive product advice based on my needs. I decided to go into the store on Saturday (21 March 2020) as she was so helpful and was able to set up my home office accordingly. She is a fantastic brand ambassador for Fone King and I would recommend your company on the back of my experience with Hailey.

Excellent service and knowledge staff
I went to buy phone case for samsung s10 plus and the manager in Westfield fone king suggested me better phone protector, now I am glad i took his oppenient bz i drop phone yesterday and there was no damage .but i bought camera protector but it wasnt usefull for me.,its creating bad images then i have remove that to get full potential for samsung s10 plus . So my suggestion front screen protector and phone case will be ideal but not camera protector.

As quick as a pit stop in F1
At 330pm on Friday my iPhone was dropped and screen cracked in the city. At 4pm I visited Fone King at QVB. They quickly gave me an assessment, I also wanted a new battery, which they did for half price. To cut a long story short, by 430pm the Phone has new screen and battery and I was on the way. The phone works well after this, better than before. Great team!

Damaged my phone, took not responsibility
I went to fone king to have an issue repaired with my IPhone 8. They found the fault and fixed it promptly. I was in store when they were testing my phone and I could see they were having difficulties with my microphone after the repair. I was happy with the repair and given a 6 month warranty. when I got home I realized my phone had another problem. Awesome Service
I never usually do this, but had to give a big rap to the guys at Tuggerah store. I have been in there before, but, as always, they were so helpful and I really appreciated how quickly they repaired my ipad, and the assistance I got with my new phone cover - Buddy must get a special mention...Thanks Buddy. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my device repairs.

don't ever use them people
We purchased life proof screen and case with lifetime warranty. The phone smashed first time it was dropped and phone no longer works. cost us a brand new iphone 10. They refused to fix phone. Even went so far as to say I should thank them it didn't break earlier. They didn't care at all and were very rude and impossible to deal with. I will I have told everyone in my social network to NEVER use them.

Luke was FABULOUS today! The most energetic and positive person I've met in a long time. Fantastic service. Very helpful. Made the whole experience of setting up my iPad enjoyable today. Refusal of refund of faulty phone case
After 2 months of having my iPhone case bought from the foneking in the MYER centre silicone bumper started to break away and had to take off my phone as it flap of silicone was annoying and also not protecting my phone. Complete Inhuman Scammers - avoid at all cost
I purchased a phone case, screen protector and camera protector ($124). Less than 4 mins later I returned to the store as I rung my partner and realised he had already purchased a case and screen protector for me. I returned to speak to the same man I bought from about 3 mins earlier and explained what had happened. I said I wanted to return the case & screen protector but would keep the lens protector. Unethical sales tactics. Cheap and nasty alternative brand to the Otterbox I asked for.
I went in and asked for an Otterbox and they sold me an inferior cheaper version even though I questioned it. By they I mean, I had two of them, at me throwing products I didn't want or ask for on the counter and leaving them "assuming" I was going to buy them. I realise now, it is a precalculated sales tactic.

Exceptional Customer Service
Today I attend the Miranda Store distraught after dropping my 3 day old Samsung phone, the back totally smashed (note this was at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon). Very Bad Costumer Care
If I could I would give them not even 1 star.
They have very bad costumer service.. I spent over $200 on their products and one of their sales person sold me an expensive wireless charger because he said tha cables (and even the original cable from apple) would over charge my phone and “cook the battery” and for this reason I would need to switch the battery soon and spend more money. I had spoke with many technicians about it and they all said it’s crap and plus the wireless charger take much more time to charge than a regular cables.
