I went into the store today to look for a under water phone case, Luke was lively, eager to help and full of knowledge. He also helped me out with a strap for my iwatch and showed me this new amazing charger which I’m going back tomorrow to purchase (should have listened and just bought it right there and then haha). His service was just fantastic, I left the store with a positive energy and a huge smile. Thank you Luke! A day later I went back in to buy more things, Oska and Ken were also soo helpful. Clearly you guys just have the best staff ! Always a pleasure to visit.

Having acquired a phone and tablet from Telstra I needed case and screen protection and went to phone king as I have in the past. Great advice and fitting of cash and screen protection for my S9 and a referral to Samsung in Westfield to buy products for my tablet case and screen protection which was subsequently fitted for no charge.

On Holiday in Tuggerah NSW. Touch screen was unresponsive. Without even touching my phone, Bodih (fone king Tuggerah) diagnosed my Iphone 6 plus with the common mother board touch fault disease. He referred me to Fone King Alexandria head repair centre. I met Nick there he was very professional and reassuring. within 1 hour he fixed the motherboard touch fault in my phone, while i waited (with 6 months warranty). To get a phone motherboard fault fixed on the spot is unheard of folks, every other mall phone repairer wanted to send my phone away away for a week with no explanation of what could be wrong, one particular mall repairer even said my phone is ruined!

Had an awesome experience today at QVB. Went in to buy a cover for my note 9. But convinced to fix my Note 8 instead. Amazing service from Paul.

The product was expensive given other types of products & prices.
However I didn’t mind paying a little more for the product because of the good service.

The tech at Miranda (I think his name was Nathan?) fixed my completely water logged iPhone 6 in the time it took for me to have a coffee. He was SO nice. He offered to move everything onto a USB for me too as my storage was full.

The team at Fone King Miranda were friendly and got my problem sorted immediately. They did not have the parts but got them delivered and the phone was fixed with a screen protector fitted at a competitive price. Thanks for the efficient no drama service
