    published

We were given this kettle and had no papers.
It is a terrible product. We had a different brand of kettle with the temp control but put aside for the new Kitchenaid one. The operation Of the product was terrible.i emailed Kitchenaid twice and got no response.what sort of service is this

    Won’t boil

    published

It won’t boil, the highest temperature it will reach is 70 degrees, tried cleaning the contacts and still no good, only had it a year and it started to crap out. Sadly it replaced a cheap kettle we had for years and never had a problem with it. Very disappointed in the product

    NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

    published

I have had this kettle less than 6 months and it has stopped working altogether. Searched on internet and found people had a similar problem, waited 6 to 8 weeks for a new one, and then it again only lasted about 6 months. No more KitchenAid for me!!!! Also who can wait 6 to 8 weeks for a kettle??? Outrageous!
