KW online is great when you live in the country, not close to a physical store, though theses are great too and I have visited when I've been in the city. Lots of items to choose from, good sales regularly, goods shipped promptly and in good condition.

Extremely disappointed with customer service at the Middleborough Rd store. Argumentative and do not want to listen to the customer. So you lose your receipt and not even consideration for an exchange when they clearly sell the product. I’m taking about something worth $19.95. Seriously it can’t be that hard.

Purchased 2x Stanley Rogers cutlery sets for our family and entertaining. I haven't often seen a set with 10 of each, and also wanted to avoid purchasing a set with cutleries I wouldn't use (ie. soup spoons). I loved the inclusion of good steak knives in this set which we do use often! High quality cutlery, it's not thin/bendable like other brands. Very quick delivery, great price and happy with my purchase. I would recommend this set for people looking to buy.

This pan works great on my induction cook top. It heats and cooks evenly. I don't have any spot that start to burn while other areas just simmer. Extremely happy with the quality. The bottom has remained flat with no warping.

This is a great machine. The bowl is a great size. The cutters come in their own box which saves those infrequently used cutter blades floating around in your cupboard. The machibe is also so quite for how powerful the machine is. Highly recommended
