My products came with free trays; had to chase redemption details then to date still have received them and have followed up several times. And given run around each time.

Love Kitchen Warehouse, they have a great range in quality kitchen utensils. I was surprised at how quickly the items I ordered came! I had to return a glass container set I purchased online (only because the containers were smaller than I anticipated - my mistake for not reading the measurements!) and was able to go into the physical store to do this. It was a pleasant experience and the workers in the store were super helpful, the money deposited back into my bank account within days.

I ordered a Titan Trash Compactor 30L. This is a rubbish bin which is so practical and stylish it is one that compliments a kitchen not one to be hidden away. Within two days I ordered a second bin for my sister-in-law. Still the best product around for kitchen bathroom and hard to remove marks. Shines stainless beautifully and is brilliant on shower glass. I use it on cookin g pans and utensils to bring them up to near new.

I purchased a Le Creuset Stoneware Heritage Covered Rectangular Dish (33cm) during the Boxing Day sales in 2022 and the item was delivered 9 days later.
The package was well cushioned for delivery and arrived at the doorstep in one-piece. Online store was easy to navigate and to make the credit card payment.
I received the order confirmation immediately but did not receive any expected delivery dates from the seller. This would be the only negative feedback I have.
