Peter was great to deal with and gave us lots of information and we were happy with the budget friendly quote. The installation was done without any worries and service was also best, no complaint with anything. The professionals were tidy and left my place clean.

In summer, air conditioning deteriorates frequently due to over-running. There is an old air conditioning system in my house which needs replacement service and you did a great job. Thank you!

I made the unfortunate mistake of engaging this company to look at a non working rooftop evaporative system. They insisted on prepayment; this should have been a red flag. Near $300. They then went to the property and l was told it was not working! I knew that, wth. They then said that they would look around for another part for it, Despite several attempts to contact them regarding the part they refuse to talk to me. Took my money fraudulently and then ran. Dodgy Dodgy company. Do not use this fraudulent incompetent company. ***

This company should be blacklisted. They make a false promise and get money from people without even touching the equipment. The plumber Jay came to my place and told me I will be able to repair your heating just replace it and pay me to show up fee 260 AUD. I made a mistake by not reviewing their services. Never goto to this thief. The customer care guy is disgusting.

Rang this company to be met with a very rude and abrupt person. Only got to mention words "gas ducted heating,"response was "you are too early, only doing cooling thank you, goodbye" Didn't even give me a chance to say exactly what I wanted. So thanks for nothing. GOODBYE !!

We had a leak in our solar hot water tank. A person came at the arranged time. He established the problem and said he would establish if the part was available and call in that afternoon. He required that we pay the very high call out fee and for his "labour" on the spot. He left the leak much worse than he found it and the area became flooded. He made NO contact for 24 hours. Contact was via email confirming that the part was available and sending a quote for an excessive cost considering the job. We were required to pay 50% of the quote and then he would order the part! Sorry I didn't see the reviews first! Find another provider!

We engaged this company to inspect our central heating unit today and found their work to be of extremely poor quality. We were over charged and were given incorrect advice and unprofessional service. We got a second quote and found out what they told us was inaccurate and were going to charge us for work which didn't need to be done. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I needed a repair URGENTLY as it was very hot yesterday and my aircon did not work. I rang the company and explained I had a new born baby and they came the same day & fixed my unit! I found the parts prices reasonable and didn't leave me in debt! I received a receipt for my payment, a report the warranty instantly via email. If you want to deal with a professional company I highly suggest using KM Heating & Air-conditioning.

We had these guys have a look at our ducted heater that had broken down. They charged $250 to tell us it needed a part changed. After 2 phone calls asking for the quote to fix it we finally got one 3 weeks from when it was looked at. The quote came through at $1265 which is about what the whole heater is worth. I then got a quote for the part direct from the supplier. $149.50. Put $100 on for an hours labour to change the part. Total of $250. Fair to say this company is an absolute rip off. I wish we had looked at the reviews before we called them and wasted the $250 for the initial appointment.

We had our 30 year old Brivis ducted heating system replaced by KM heating. All staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional in their approach. Great installers, who we were very comfortable to have working in our home. They clean up thoroughly after the work is complete. Very satisfied with our new heating system and would highly recommend this company.

Actually, borderline aggressive. I ended up paying more for a repair than the whole heating system cost me... The people I dealt with were rude to me and my wife. Will never use them again.

Utterly poor service. I wish zero stars was an option, I hated giving them even 1! Plumber did not finish the job properly. Company rude and not receptive to feedback.

Service Tech was very good, pricing was deceptive and outrageously expensive. A $20 thermocouple was sold as a $150 spare part. After the visit the heater had to be disabled due to the CO2 reading being too high. Don't forget they add GST onto everything. Quote for replacement was $7,099, second quote $3,500 for same brand. Do five minutes of research to save thousands.
