Absolute nightmare!
Long story short: Booked a guy to do a repair on an intermittent issue on my heater. He arrived late but said he found the issue and replaced a $400 part. Two days later the exact same issue was there. Company said it was a new issue and I would have to pay a new call out fee. Consumer affairs agreed I should be refunded but the company only wanted to refund the labor only!

Terrible Customer Service - Ripoff Merchants
Called to discuss issue with my Brivis system, Rob answered phone and would not entertain my problem or indicate likely cost, just wanted to push sending a tech out, then when I tried to enquire further with problem he put the phone down on me.
Rude as!!
