My camera is not blocking out white noise that I have playing in my sons room, so when I open the monitor, all I can hear is “shhhhhhhhhhh”.
I have set the settings all to block background white noise but it’s still occurring.
I have another camera for another child’s room and it works perfect without picking up on white noise in the room.
We just bought a cherish c525P
And for some reason the camera isn’t charging to a point where we can turn it on not plugged in. The whole reason we bought this camera was so that we could have the camera unplugged. Am I missing something?

That is correct. The C525 has since been discontinued.
I own a Cherish 525 and the monitor display has developed a steady but irregular blinking to dark and back. It has served well and saved us from many traumas. I have purchased a new C525p hoping that I can take the old camera and add it to the new parental monitor as a second camera. Is there a step by step guide for this somewhere?

My Kodak cherish keeps making a loud clicky static noise that you can hear across the house when you turn it off that doesn’t stop for hours. It’s a nightmare can I fix this or is. It a faulty unit it’s less then a year old

This is the IR light in the camera to allow it to see in the dark. We can't see it but cameras can which is why the baby monitor works in the dark. The camera won't work at night without this light. I...

After a few months of using this unit with two cameras, today when I switch it on the monitor is saying ‘Factory mode! Press monitor pair button to setup’
I’ve tried to factory reset the monitor half a dozen times after taking out the battery, turn it off, put the battery in and turn it on, pair the cameras again, factory reset the cameras, turn everything off and on and nothing is working. Can I fix this or need to get a replacement monitor? There seems to be a lot of pairing issues with this monitor and the cameras

I wasn’t able to resolve the issue, I contacted Kodak and got the monitor replaced
Have had the monitor for about 10 months and it has now stopped picking up my baby crying. I have reset everything, made sure the volume was up and the noise sensitivity was high and it still isn't working. It wasn an expensive monitor and now I have to move my baby back into my room until I can afford a new one

No but it does have a blue light that you can turn off in the app but mine often turns on and flashes

I purchased the Kodak Cherish C525 Video Baby monitor less than a year ago. Yesterday it started beeping with low battery but has been plugged in . I believe the battery has gone or I need a new cord. Now it wont turn on at all . Who shall i contact for a replacement, I have the receipt of purchase .
