Kogan Agora XS Questions & Answers

Forget it, Kogan are useless. My phone was in a protective cover on my knee. When i stood up it fell the small distance to the floor. The screen detached from the body of the phone and Kogan doesnt want to know you. Best to avoid using Kogan in the future.

I have a friend that will go into the phone on developer mode and might be able to fix the lack of internet sharing while hotspotting. Kogan is unable to help and claim no problem can be found.

I have been getting eight hours regularly out of the phone when using it moderately. Heavy use it is down to about six hours. If I do not have calls, it runs 16 hours plus. THe great thing is it charges superfast. 15 minutes will give it 25% charge.

Try turning on your mobile data connection. I own an Agora 8 Plus which is 1 year older than the XS and the hotspot works fine once the mobile data is turned on.

Thanks Nick. I have an Agora 6, Agora 9 and Agora XS. Except for the XS, the hotspot shares the internet data with connected devices (like the tablet). Kogan has not been able to help. I suspect a software flaw in the phone. I'll keep looking (bummer when a new phone is not up to spec.).

I got it repaired. I contacted kogan through their website, sent the phone and paid $80 :) plus post about $12
