Couldn’t have the appointment scheduled due to having a cold, but was offered a complimentary LED. Skin felt soft and hydrated after, but the best thing was it cleared my sinus enabling me to breathe better.

This was my first time using Laser Treatment, I chose LCA after the recommendation I had be told and since having my first treatment couldn't fault the service at all. The team at LCA Waurn Ponds Vic were fantastic. It was such a friendly team with excellent knowledge and made the experience a small and relaxed one.

The staff were friendly and were on time. The service was quick and easy and made the appointment no fuss. I was in and out within 10 minutes and booking was made easy with email confirmations.

The strength of the microdermapen was just the right strength and intensity. But the staff was a little rough with her hands. Could be a little more gentle on my face. :)

Anna Marie is a qualified nurse and I felt comfortable to try new procedures without any concerns. Highly recommend.

I love Laser Clinics and they’re so great, staff are very friendly but recently they’ve had what looks like new staff in, and i had a girl do my legs and brazilian, but i was definitely not happy with the way she did it! compared to the lady i had on my previous appointment, this one wasn’t lasering per shot, she was literally sliding it along my leg at times and i didn’t want to be rude and say anything but if i’m paying over $100 each session, i want it done right!!
