This was the biggest mistake i have ever done to get lenovo, cheap company cheap laptops. Just bought one in 2018 jan and before dec 2022 its completely gone, when lodged a complaint, they said oh its out of warranty. Problem is not its out of warranty, problem is i paid 600+aud, just for 1 year ?
Never ever go with lenovo,
Start some other business guys. Its far beyond your limits.

The whole idea of this tiny 64gb drive makes for bad laptops that handle windows 10 updates badly and seem to frequently lose functions like a USB drives no longer working. You get what you pay for, a long battery life but a fragile and unreliable computer - if you get a lenovo make sure the HDD will meet the things you want to install

Bought this laptop around Jan 2018. We have lenovos at work and thought it was good quality. Around March 2022 battery stop charging. Orange charging light flashes rapidly and Out warranty. Seems to be a very common issue. I am really dissapointed. I would be very embarrassed to be the company that produced these laptops. Man i have owned plenty of laptops before this one and they have lasted at least 5 years plus.

My wife also has a lenovo and had issues with hers and fortunately was still in warranty period.

So i have lost faith in this brand and will not be recommending anymore.

Paid $347 for this laptop 21st of DEcember 2017 for my 12 year old daugter's school use and already have the following issues:
1. Laptop is plugged in but not charging
2. Laptop shuts off sometimes even if it's plugged in

Warranty is only good for 12 months so im out of luck. I know this cheap crap is made in xxxxx but didnt expect this to be working only for 12 months!
