Lexus of Berwick - typical cars salesmen
You want slack, unprofessional and sloppy customer service? Go to Lexus if Berwick. They will not disappoint. The sales team are extremely immature, can’t communicate professionally or take any feedback without being smart about it. The only positive experience about Lexus of Berwick is their receptionist. Her lovely manners and profession approach is completely different to the sales team. Maybe she could teach the sales team on how to communicate properly or she should sells the cars instead. I would buy a car from her. Give her a big pay rise, not the rude immature guys in the glass offices out the back!

Lexus aftercare..or should I say no care!
If you buy a luxury car like Lexus, you would expect a level of service...wouldn't you?
We bought a Lexus NX300 and thought it was great until it broke down. The Roadside assistance made me feel like I had done something wrong with the car, and the follow up with the Parramatta office was like hearing crickets on the Sahara. Then when the car was being towed away from them by our insurance, that's when they said they had someone to look at the car.....the car had been with them for nearly 2 weeks!! No loan car and no real action. We liked Lexus before this and had also purchased an NX200 before this one. It has changed our perspective on Lexus and we will seek another type of car from now on. Very poor!

Don’t ever buy a car from Lexus of Macarthur - misleading sales tactics
I have bought an 2016 RC350 F sports Lexus from the Lexus of Macarthur dealer in Sydney NSW in June 2018. When I bought the car, I was told by the salesman that the break rotors had just been replaced and that they were brand new, this was the deal breaker for me. I only had the car for 7 months and had only driven the car for less than 7000Km, when the breaks started to make a very grinding noise. I took the car to be assessed by another Lexus Dealer here in Melbourne to be told that the rotors of my almost brand new car was so worn out tha...Read more
t the car was deemed unroadworthy! The Lexus of Brighton service personnel informed me that the rotors had never been changed and that they were in terrible condition. I called Lexus of Macarthur to complain and they reconfirmed to me that the rotors had been replaced by them days before I bought the car. When I lodged a warranty claim, I got a call from them contradicting everything they had previously confirmed and denied my warranty claim. I am now out of pocket by $2600. They are ruthless and are ruining Lexus reputation! Do not buy your next car from them, they will rip you off badly. I just lodge a consumer complaint against them with NCAT and will demand to have the rotors replaced under the warranty. I am appalled by this type of treatment from someone who represents Lexus in Australia.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Lexus RC 350 SD card
I have a 2015 model and wanted to upgrade SD card as it doesn’t pick up all school zones. I called to see if I could purchase one and was stated would cost around $480. Ridiculous when card is already 18 months old so still won’t pick up all new school zones
I have 2 Lexus cars and find this dissapointing. No customer service help.

Lexus of Southport - Pre Purchase Inspection
I was buying a Lexus LX470 which was located on Gold Coast and as I live in Sydney before I arranged to travel to the Gold Coast I had Lexus of Southport do a pre purchase inspection of the vehicle. The car was 12 years old so I knew it wouldn't be perfect, but it was a Lexus, and I wanted to know what its "imperfections" were. Lexus of Southport undertook this inspection which they advised comprised some 20 areas and reported two items - "- Small surface cracks on rear diff mounts, - lhf roof rack cover missing" Great. So I travelled to Gold C...Read more
oast and acquired the vehicle. What I then found in just a surface non technical inspection was. * One of the windscreen washer jets was blocked (and it appears had been for some time) which had resulted in the "dry" windscreen wiper scratching a very noticeable arc in the windscreen. I have had my usual Lexus try to polish this out and they have been unable to do so. Lexus of Southport had advised they checked "Inspect wiper & washer operations" but did not advise of any problems. * The Car stereo has a CD Stacker, but the CD Stacker cassette was completely missing!!!! Lexus of Southport had advised they checked "Inspect trims & interior items" but did not advise of any problems with the CD player. * The interior carpets in the vehicle were heavily discoloured in a number of places. It appears to be not wear and tear but rather specific staining or bleaching. My usual Lexus dealer advised they were unable to fix this other than by carpet replacement. Lexus of Southport had advised they checked "Inspect trims & interior items" but did not advise of any problems with the carpets. * Having regard to what I found above, I also asked my usual Lexus dealer (whom I have a great deal of trust in) to comment on the reported "Small surface cracks on rear diff mounts" On my asking the specific question, Lexus of Southport had advised that replacement would likely not be required until 50k-150k km. My usual Lexus dealer advise the scale of the cracking somewhat more precisely indicating what was to me a somewhat more significant issue, and advised replacement in approx 50k km. I have a great deal of trust in the Lexus brand. This trust has been built up over many years and many different Lexus vehicles. In the case of Lexus of Southport, i don't believe they lived up to the Lexus brand standard. These items leave me with no confidence in Lexus of Southport. I am at a loss to believe the authenticity of their report.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Delivered as expected
Recently purchased 2 brand new RX300 F sport models and the whole process was flawless. We negotiated with the sales manager and he was great and got exactly what we needed. Delivery was smooth and thanks for the gift hamper.

LEXUS MACARTHUR
We called into Lexus Macarthur purely for me to ‘just sit and feel’ the comfort of their Lexus seats. The purchase of a new car was definitely not on our agenda – but after four hours we had ‘bought’ a new Lexus is300.
Naomi Eddison was a complete pleasure to deal with. Her friendly manner, patience, sense of humour and willingness to listen combined with her professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable.
She never once displayed the attributes of a typical ‘sales person’ which we had unfortunately encountered at another Lexus deal...Read more

Serviceas promised
One of the aspects Lexus salespeople talk about is the after sales service.
And it has lived up to expectations. My Lexus was due a service and as promised the car reminded me with the phone number of service department. They booked a time and the driver came to collect our car and returned it in the afternoon, serviced and clean.
Very happy.
Good car, good service

Lexus, where have you been all my life... should have bought sooner
Walking into a Lexus dealership is almost like walking into a European or German counterpart that offer that sort of special and rewarding feeling; for example such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Jaguar and so forth.
First of all, the showrooms and the customer service from Lexus dealerships are top notch, they are significantly better than any Nissan, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Ford or Holden dealership that I've been to. Customer service is very corporate like and very helpful.
The customer waiting areas are very comfortable, with drinks and l...Read more
ight meals along with a kitchenette; provides a very tranquil experience. When we bought our current car, an ex-demonstrator, the second key was missing. It was ordered and re-keyed at the dealership's expense and as a result I had to have our car back at the dealership. As I couldn't drive into the dealership due to some work commitments. The dealership's representative swapped cars at our residence with a day car to drive until at which point it was returned when finished. I got the car back, it was vacuumed and cleaned inside and out along with a polish. This will also happen when the car is serviced as well or under its warranty coverage period. I have not found any of the dealerships mentioned above to come close except for the European and German counterparts. The customer service is really really that good.Similar opinion?
