The main thing in this LG Fridge is a small additional door. We use it all the time, if you need to get a souse or a drink you don't need to open the big doors all the time. Ice maker is cool, it has three options: cold water, crushed ice or ice cubes. It has larger freezer than some other models. I had three different fridges in my life. I can say for now this is the best one I ever had.

I have purchased this 5 Door LG Refrigerator and damaged by the Conversion of French Door refrigerator to 4/5 door side by side refrigerator.
Positive.
1. Side by Side doors are very useful to save your back from bending
2. The 5th door is quite use full, to access the useful staff for regular use
3. Slim Build with easy access to any side by side designed cavity
4. Very Easy to connect the water pipes as Polymer based instead of Copper
5. Ample space in the Freezer compartments

There's nothing better than a stylish fridge. Except a stylish fridge that is also spacious, and that's the LG French Door in spades. We ALWAYS get comments about this fridge, and the finish is not so much black at all but a very dark glossy grey. It does everything you expect from a fridge with miles of space abounds, but we more bought it for the look. Haven't had an issue (thankfully) as LG service leaves a lot to be desired I've come to hear.

Got issues with temperature control of the fridge a year after the purchase! Called LG, after asking all sorts of details over and over again, the repairer came after a month!! By the time they ordered the presumed faulty parts and replace them it was two months!! A week after " repair" the problem reappeared! Talked to LG manager who was extremely rude! Asking if it'd be better to replace the fridge instead as it's cost us a lot of money and apparently it,s got a major problem. Bad tempered manager didn't accept and resend the repairer who sen...

I like it very much apart from the fact that it's face is not magnetic and unable to stick magnets. It's a huge downside to this fridge. On the other hand very spacious and easy to keep organised. Freezer has lots of space too. Door in door feature is also handy for easy access. I can recommend this fridge.

using lots of water filters which is costly and doors hinges made from cheap plastic easily broken down and you have to wait long time get repair

My wife picked this fridge and I was a little bit hesitant at first however I am now converted. How convenient is it yo have cold water and ice on tap, its such a luxury and I dont think I can go back to manually filling it up.
This fridge is good on the power bill and is quite the eye drawer of the kitchen

This fridge makes life so much easier for our buddy family with several ice options, easy opening door and smooth gliding trays and drawers both in fridge and freezer.

Temps are good so far and was pretty easy to setup. Has a bit of a high pitched noise when the compressor runs compared to old Westinghouse. Apparently this is because it has a linear compressor. Only been a few days so might get less noisy as it breaks in.

Love the plumed ice and water, i always struggled refilling the water and ice and would always end up with none and now I dont give it a second thought!! The crushed ice is by far my favourite feature, such luxury.

The fridge is so easy to clean, you can see everything in the frigde easily with the way the shelving is. Its quiet to run and its very pleasing to the eye with the modern design. Im inlove with this fridge

We replaced a thirteen year old 519L Fisher & Paykel refrigerator with this LG GF-5L712PL refrigerator. My wife wanted a refrigerator that dispensed cold filtered water and ice. She particularly liked the slim line ice maker in this LG refrigerator compared to the competition.

This LG refrigerator runs quietly and has plenty of shelf space which is adjustable for height in the fridge. The LED lighting is bright in both the freezer and fridge.

LG recommends allowing the refrigerator to run for three to four hours before stocking with groc...

The fridge is realy well lit, this fridge has the best internal lighting I have ever seen.
The fridge delivers great chopped ice and water.
I think the water container delivering cold water may be a little small as we can run out of cold water sometimes
The fridge was very easy to connect and plug into the mains water

This fridge is ideal for a large family (4+). Internal space is big and plenty of light. You can see all the product stock in the fridge. Please note that installing water connection is needed for this type fridge. No need for a water-cooler.
Overall 10 out of 10. Product price is a bit higher but worth having it.

Really pleased with this product although it does dent really easily so be careful! Haven't found a way to get a couple of small dents out yet but hopefully I can sort that out. Good amount of space inside to hold a variety of different sized containers. Ice and cold water is always on hand which is fantastic!

Temperature settings from outside - good feature
Cooling - confusing. Gets too cold sometimes and veggies start rotting.
Sound - Makes loud noises suddenly. Sometimes in the middle of the night. Can be quite scary at times
Overall functioning - pretty good. As expected.
Color - stainless. Goes well with our kitchen.

It is a great fridge it maintains a good temperature it is pretty quiet doesn't make much noise at all it is pretty easy to clean and has good storage it is a definitely a good buy and worth its money. The food stays quite fresh in the fridge .

Have had this fridge for about 3 months and it has been great.

It looks awesome, is quiet and had plenty of space.

The ice maker and filtered water are fantastic. So convenient!

Make sure your doors are wide enoung to get it into your house though as it is pretty big.

The only thing is finger prints hard to keep clean but keeps temp good can lock keys it is very quiet filters at very expensive to replace the inside has lots of room in the fridge shelfs are easy to remove the freezer can fit lots in the draws have plenty of space to separate your product

A very high quality fridge function wise and I cannot be happier with its function and its capacity.
The only downside is the stainless steel. It is extremely hard to get rid of the marks on it. The only thing that works is stainless steel cleaner. Nothing else works for it.

I find that this refrigerator is very easy to use and keeps all my food fresh and cool.
I like all aspects of this fridge, my vegetables are kept well and the freezer works well. The ice and water dispenser works easy. and I my ice supply is kept up .

I extended the Kitchen and installed plumbing just to fit this fridge in. It's a great size and always buy L.G. The neighbours loved to so much they purchased one too! The temperature is always spot on, very quiet and the kids love the crushed ice, OK so does the big kid (me) lol.

We purchased it as it is the perfect size for our fridge space, loved the color and the style. Depth is just right, not too deep like others where you cannot see what is at the back of thr fridge, lots of compartments and it has drawer that can be used for wine and drinks so it is kept tidy. Easy to clean looks very stylish

The fridge lasted 6 weeks before it leaked water over our timber floors damaging them, repaired and dame thing two weeks later. LG technician stated he couldn't repair it...but LG sent him back anyway to try...still waiting for some direct contact from LG on repairing our floors...their recommendation was pay the excess and claim it on your insurance...perhaps LG should learn Australian consumer law...will never buy LG again...technician advises there is no fix and he has encountered a few fridges with the same issue...recall time LG???

This is our first LG fridge and we totally love it and also enjoy it too. Not just the setting inside is very good, but also the energy rate is very good as well. The space in the frizzr is big enough for us to put two weeks food in there! So we hope you will enjoy it
