Hi, does the clock keep accurate time? Or does it start getting slower/faster over the months?

I bought my MS2596 26/12/2017 had few issues other than working out how to use different features. Have rarely used it to cook anything for more than 15 minutes on high mostly reheat. Noticed about 12 months ago that food would not heat as much on second heat application like a 5 minute application then the 2nd 5min heat application was noticeably lower in temp. Last night my 6 minute frozen meal was still very cold in centre after the cooking cycle what could be the problem because this machine has had little use. Thanks...John K

Just wondering where is the kitchen timer?

Not sure what you mean by 'kitchen timer'.
The clock can be reset after the mains power has been switched off then on.
The oven will operate for the amount of time you select via +/- or what it calculates for the cooking job on hand. I think it's not a good idea to operate microwave ovens empty.
