It’s the worst decision I had to buy this washing machine. I got mine from Good Guys late 2020. After few months the machine started moving while drying and hit wall and started to be rusted. I called the customer service and opened the case. They sent a technician to my home. He oped the machine and found there is a rusted part inside and he said there is also a drainage issue and it’s a manufacture issue and I will state all of this in my report. I chose this Washing Machine because LG is a trustworthy brand and I have numerous LG products in my home. What I really love about this machine is you can put all your clothes together in one wash, no sorting out colours and whites. I really don't have time for that. Also I can add more items during a running cycle if I have forgotten about them. When I am really struggling for time I can put it on the TurboClean 39 cycle for a super quick 39 minute wash and it still gives them a though clean in such a short time.

This LG Washing machine does a great clean everytime and lets out a cute little jingle when my clothes are ready. All in all I am really happy with this machine.

This machine is a great size for the whole family.
I love the easy use controls and how it weighs the load to determine water levels
It's kind on delicates.
It's very quiet which is nice.
Cycle times are quicker than my previous front loader. I also love that it has a clean feature for the machine.

I emptied the drain hose before checking the drain filter. When I took the plug off the drain hose, the hose retracted back into the machine without the plug on it. I called customer service and logged a call, only to be told that it was my fault and the repair would not be covered under warranty. Very poor customer service.

Is just a cheap, low quality washing machine that looks fancy but actually does not do the job properly. Every time shows an error message "UE" because is out of balance when spinning, doesn't matter the size of the load it will get out of balance. And the clothes don't get washed properly

We bought our LG washing machine in January 2021. Besides it being the most beautiful washing machine I've ever had, it works like a charm. Whether I want a long wash, short or long spin, delicate soak or need to wash a load of very dirty clothes.

I normally wash my clothing in bundles of white, lightly coloured and dark. I also wash bedding and towels. Towels normally get a longer and hotter setting, while the bedding can be done within 39 minutes.

The other great thing about it, is it tells me when it needs a tub clean. So whenever the message comes up, I buy some tub cleaner and give it a quick wash.

I would buy it again if I had the opportunity.

This is our second LG front loader. The old one (10kg of a beast) didn't miss a beat. For nearly 15 years she ran like dream plus you can fit the entire family in there, the kitchen sink including the family the cat. Sorry, I jest. When we moved a year ago, I thought it was to update. Finally bit the bullet and bought our first front loader after many, many years of top loaders. Went with LG for no other reason than it comes in black (charcoal) and matches our fridge and dishwasher. I know, crazy reason.
Was very nervous about 2 things: noise and not being able to add stuff after the cycle began.
Turns out, this machine is whisper quiet, even during the spin cycle and it's in an internal laundry, right next to the kitchen and TV room. Can't hear it.
And, I can press a button to suspend the cycle to add the errant sock.

Bought this front load washing machine from Harvey norman capalaba in August 2020.Machine makes terrible high pitched screeching noise when filling up with water and this happens atleast 10 times throughout the washing .When contacted lg about it they sent a few techs and changed the dispenser box inlet valve etc.This made no difference to the washer.I made already changes to my home plumbing as they would not help to resolve this issue. This machine is advertised as a quiet machine it is false advertising and a product with design error .Please spend your money on another brand

We just received out new LG washing machine and dryer which i was excited about using. I was enticed to go with LG due to the promotion offering a free stacking kit which i needed to set up my systems.
I went through the process of submitting the paperwork to claim the stacking kit and have been informed it can take up to 10 weeks to be delivered! WHAT am i suppose to do? I can use my machines properly because i don't have the stacking kit to make them stable.

It's been annoying and frustrating that i cannot use my products in the way i want to due to a slow and frustrating promotion.

I would rate my washing machine but i haven't used it yet due to this issue.

Was sceptical about getting a front loader but I’m glad i did. This thing looks great, runs great and is Ultra quiet. Uses bugger all water compared to a top loader but seems to clean everything really well. Most of the time i run loads on the mixed fabric option (appx 1hr) using cold water and it cleans my filthy roadworker shirts up a treat. Only changes id wish for would be the option to turn off auto sleep mode when on standby and a remote start feature on the app with saveable customisable settings. Very happy with purchase.

This is a perfect washing machine . Purchased this as a replacement of Bosch and I am extremely happy with it . The clothes come out perfectly clean and fresh .
There are downloadable programs that you could use if you wish using the app .
The only thing that they could improve is if we were able to design our own wash criteria’s that would have been great . But it’s not a major concern
