We wanted to thank Licensed to Chill for your excellent service, organising and installing our air con units. We found your company easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and particularly patient with our many queries and needs due to strata forms/requirements (thanks Emanuel). When the men came out to install the units (Nic and Matt) they were friendly, explained everything in detail, and worked quickly and efficiently, even on a sweltering hot and smoky day. We’re very happy with the end product, as the air con units are quiet, effective, and look even better than expected (neat, small, compact).

Air Conditioning Back on For Christmas After Storm Damage
Like much of Sydney, we suffered a very heavy storm on 13.12.18 which caused a power interruption, surge/brownout in our area. When it was over we found our Actron Ducted Air Conditioning Unit was not functioning and was showing an error code. Due to a last minute cancellation, the technician came next day and very quickly removed the part, which had been blackened/burnt due to the power issue. be fixed. He gave me an upfront quote, which we accepted, and went ahead with the work. It was great he had the parts onboard in the van and the work was carried out very efficiently. Invoicing & payment were quickly organized through their office and we were extremely impressed with the work carried out & the ease with which everything was handled. I feel we have found our “go to” air conditioning company for future work & servicing and would happily recommend Licensedtochill Air Conditioning, Thornleigh to family/friends.
