Do not order from this company. My $200 order never arrived. Have sent numerous emails, filled out forms, submitted the forms at least three times only to be asked to fill out the forms again and resubmit. Terrible customer service, the worst I have ever received from an online trader.

What an incredible company with an amazing product range and easy payment process. The customer support is incredibly fast in their responses which is remarkable. However, I needed a feedback regarding my missing beauty box from April. Unfortunately I haven’t received a supportive and informative message from the team yet. I relate the missing box to the current situation but I hope that the team will find a solution :). Otherwise in my opinion it is the best online beauty selling company that I know. I actually highly recommend the monthly beauty box - in this way you can explore new products and the ones that are not your taste or not wanna try, save them for presents for your friends and families ;).

I attempted to order from Lookfantastic and encountered multiple issues with payment via PayPal. The company was incompetent at fixing payment issues. Tried ordering again (product unavailable elsewhere), issue again with PayPal. Paid via Credit Card. Took longer than stated for delivery. Packaging of product was disappointing & gifts were apparently on backorder. Gifts never arrived & now I am spammed with email promotions. Wouldn’t use them again.

Always prompt with order and there is a great range of products. Often there are great discounts and offers on the products you love. Makes online shopping for beauty products so easy!!!
