I have purchased several times now from this site, I have tried a few of the Medik8 products which are really good for my very red & sensitive skin, I found the ordering process very easy, with email and text order confirmations and shipping notifications, super quick delivery service, I would highly recommend this site, and look forward to the regular specials that are emailed.

The website is really easy to search for what you need in the menu at the top. I bought a heap of Medik8 products for less than they charge in stores, and got free gifts as well (I think it was makeup brushes and a glycolic mask). The shipping was quick and everything was really transparent. The information provided for each product is extensive and even tells you to use what product in what order. I’ll definitely be buying from here again.

I received a faulty item and this problem just couldn't be simpler. Yet all four online agents I have contacted pass the bulk. Maybe they just expected me to use an English name. The online chat was the worst, pretending they could not understand what I typed, and asked me to use the message. Then the message asked me to use the online chat. As I said I tried, they asked me to give a phone call, knowing that I was in Australia while it was a British phone number. Well done!!!
