Lowes Physical store

There is a small selection for women’s pants at Lowe’s. The sizes are WAY off. I had to go up 4 sizes to fit their pants, no stores had my size. Had to get the male equivalent, which obviously doesn’t fit around the waist but was only ones able to get up. Very disappointed that the sizes are so very wrong.
Customer service was excellent though, the staff at the stores I went to were very helpful and patient with me.

I purchased a pair of Traders 308 Work pants from Lowes which I have done regularly over the last 5 or so years. I am a sheet metal worker and have to wear long pants all year round. The pair I purchased on Sunday was worn for the first time on Monday, sadly the pants caught on fire from a welding spark and were rendered unwearable. I returned the "workwear" to Lowes only to be told the pants are not for welding even though they are sold as "workwear". Lady that worked there was watching me like I just stole in front of her don't know what's up with that. Maybe it's the way I looked or something, very strange.

I was offered a 'Zero' loyalty card at Lowes quite few years ago. I have almost never shopped at Lowes ever since because of the cheap poor quality of their product. All of a sudden, I get emails saying I owe annual fees, because the Loyalty card has at some point, somehow converted into a credit card, which I have never used. I even chucked the card in the bin over a year ago because I don't shop at Lowes. They have never told me it had become a credit card, never asked permission, never sent me any renewed cards etc. I cancelled the account and told them I will never pay them a single penny.

Great Customer Service Jenny from Toombul went out of her way to help my husband who needed a new pair of Work shorts. She went the extra mile to help.

My daughters first year of School - kindy and her crappy school clothes that are not even made properly or spelt correctly... she has been there now for over a month and still no one wants to help me i did get a phone call drom a very rude old man at the orange nsw store whom basically just told me i was whinging about them.... you people shld really be ashamed of your self... what an absolute waste of $220 bloody disgraceful... I will never step foot in a lowest store again.

What a stupid returns policy! Bought a few pairs of jeans and my local store won't even exchange them for a larger size because I washed them before wearing! Oh well at least they were cheap!

The products I'm now stuck with don't fit properly and are practically impossible to wear, even taking my wallet out of my pocket is impossible without nearly breaking my fingers!

Thanks for taking my money and not providing anything comparable to "customer satisfaction"...
