Poor service
Would not recommend especially to the elderly. My 91 year old grandmother required a repair to her shower in which we engaged Michael to quote on the repair. During the quotation process all went well until the work was scheduled to be completed and he didnt show up on the scheduled day, and several days following. cel the job. Today he entered my grandmothers property and yelled at her through her gated front door, she offered to pay him the call out quote fee and he just stormed off etc. My father then called Michael to obviously sort out whatever the issue is as my grandmother has very limited hearing but was left feeling scared in her own home, Michael denied the entire thing and hung up on my father, completely unprofessional and over priced. Genuine Plumbing advice and service
Mike and his offsider worked at my home for 4 hours today. The job included some Maintenance of existing taps and also troubleshooting three areas of known leaks. Mike was very professional demonstrating solutions to problems to fit in with given budget restraints. He even left his offsider working here while he shopped my requested replacement for a corroded kitchen tap and fittings. The work was accomplished very efficiently and all areas were left clean and dry. I am happy to use him again if needed and have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone needing a good plumber.
