Mad About Cleaning

I rang and was quoted $150 for one hour bathroom clean which included shower, toilet, basin, all tiles and grout. When the 2 men arrived they told me I would have to pay an extra $70 for a chemical cleanser to get rid of some mould. This sounded dodgy right from the start...how much can a small amount of cleanser cost?? But I agreed as I wanted it done. Contracted to do shower base clean due to white marks on black tiles. Came out & upsold products. The tiles were cleaned however marks remained. Owners contacted but not fixing issue.

I definitely would not book this service. They upsold there original quote from $125 to $175 as they stated there were "stains" on the couch which couldn't be removed with a standard clean. They left a huge mess on the floor and walls (see photo) and demanded I pay on the spot before inspecting when dry. I would give less than 1 star if I could!

I booked a more expensive package for a pre-vacuum as my items needed it, which they didn’t do! They still tried to charge me $325 for this package, and when I refused and agreed to the base $219 package that it was worth - we settled on $250.

The cleaner also wore his boots inside when I specifically requested on my booking that the person doing the cleaning didn’t wear shoes as we had brand new floors.

They clearly use multiple google accounts with fake reviews

Should of read these reviews. Up sold me to $200 for a better couch clean. The job wasn’t too bad but caused the fabric threads to come out in spots. When I questioned it he said it wasn’t from the cleaning which it clearly was. Luckily reduced the price to $150. Made me pay on the spot instead of later when the couches would be dry and I could inspect the work. Had to clean up after he left dragging the steam clean machine behind him.

I’m only giving them one star cos I can’t otherwise proceed with the review. The quality of the steam cleaning was very poor, 3 rooms and a lounge completed in 15mins, after carpet was dried all stains were still visible and technicians came 1 hour late so all our furniture was sitting out in the hot sun for hours. To make matters worse the customer service has been appalling by everyone who I have dealt with including technician Nick who rudely yelled at me and also the manager Sam who argued with me and I’m still waiting for a call back after 2 weeks. DO NOT book these guys!!!

They charged a different price when they arrived and asked me to pay them before they started otherwise they wouldn’t start. Red flag number one. They kept arguing with me to change the price even though we agreed on a different price over the phone. No receipt either. Please stay away from this company, they are untrustworthy and charge you different prices from quoted amount. I paid for a service and was suppose to come for couch clean, I have been trying to get them back for a service I paid for and they won’t come, Zero communication, rip off people and don’t even do a good job, The cleaner they send will charge you a different price and they are highly untrustworthy. I advised that I needed a receipt for landlord and after paying and I had to argue for 2 days to actual get the receipt. don’t use them.

We booked an end of lease clean they rescheduled our booking then called on the day saying they couldn't come at the booked time and had to start earlier. The cleaner said payment had to be made upfront so we paid. When I returned to inspect the clean the cleaner met me outside refused to come inside and said call me if there are any problems. When I inspected the clean there were cobwebs on light fittings, bench not wiped down, floors were sticky, bathroom not cleaned and when I called the cleaner back he argued with me and his manager was useless as well. I had to clean the apartment myself to avoid loosing bond. Never use this company.

They have ruined our couch. Each cushion is water stained,.They deny any responsibility. They argue that that the cushions were already discolored, then that we had caused the stains.Very untrustworthy company!

They were over an hour late, with multiple excuses, car troubles, school traffic. Re-booked, as I couldn’t wait around. Quoted $60 for steam cleaning carpets over the phone, then upon arrival calculated dimensions and charged $100. Did not explain how their quoting system works. Terrible communication, don’t bother. I wish I looked up reviews beforehand.

We were quoted $66 for one bedroom, doubled the price on arrival. Refused to wear a mask in the house and got angry at my husband because there was no parking available for him nearby despite being advised of this beforehand. Ended up telling them to leave because they were being so horrible. Do not use these guys.

Holly wow. They put a hole in my wall and tried to blame me, they where rude and yelled at me on the phone and they hung up! Please no one ever book these guys! What a waste of $380

Stay away from these guys for your own safety! And make sure you record all your conversations as they need to be shut down as they are ripping people off and verbally abusing them!
