Quite easy to use the online process and is quicker than mail service.

I always make my purchases online. The purchasing process was easy to do and very convenient. There has always been courteous response whenever I have needed to ask a question.

I like to shop by phone or catalogue, it gives me more time to consider what I really need. The Magnamail staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

For years we have been buying all kind of things, kitchen ware, clothing, tools, you name it. Whenever we are looking for a specific item, our first stop is the latest Maganamail catalogue. Quite often we need to look no further as the item we are after is in it and at a good price.

I purchased in store via the phone. The woman I spoke with was very helpful pleasant and fun to briefly chat with.

Always shop by phone, don't have banking on line. Goods always arrive on time and in good condition. Staff very helpful when ordering by phone.

I prefer the catalogues even though I look online at products advertised. If I need an online product I phone as I don't do internet banking.
I'm always satisfied and find Magnamail obliging.

I ordered 2 ladies winter tops from the catalogue which was delivered in the post. This was on March 27th. By April 19th I received an email saying one top had sold out so they gave me a refund. I waited and waited for the other top to arrive but it didn't. I rang Magnamail about 2 weeks ago and they said they had just unpacked the other top and it would be dispatched immediately. Today (15th of May) still no top, so I rang again. I was told this top was not available either and I will get another refund. No one bothered to let me know!! I will...

I purchased online and found it quite easy, there was a great selection and I especially love the sales. I have a limited budget and the sales help me purchase what I need at the time.

I don't shop online very often and being in Qld obviously don't shop in store. I don't see this as any impediment as the staff on the phones are always so pleasant and helpful.

Have been dealing with magnamail since 19 90 i find they have very useful things also you don't get charged till they send it

We are very happy with the service we have received from Magnamail. All goods have arrived in excellent condition. We enjoy looking at the items for sale in the magazine. The variety of goods are excellent with a lot not accessible through retail outlets.

I have been very satisfied with products purchased, service and prizes won from Magnamail and would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased online...because, I live in Turner, and, your store is not easily accessible to me, I have a restriction on driving during peak hours and distance... it was more advantageous for me, ... I live in Canberra ACT

I purchase using either on-line or through the mail. Easy purchase process with both on-line and the mail, I am happy with both modes of purchasing.

I have products that I received quite a few years ago.I purchased a luminous alarm clock and it still working.
I mainly use the Catalogue by post .Very impressed with the products that I have received throughout the years .

I don't have any complaints about them at all. Enjoy looking as their catalogue to see what is new. Have some really useful products.

online.i always order by phone because that is the most convenient for me.i have never had a problem with any of my orders &i have been with magnamail for a long time .

People are courteous, helpful, and patient.
I shop sitting down, catalogue or online, delivery very good.
There's always something I can use at home.
No pressure! Return policy very good. (my experience)

All of my purchases have been online and .I have never had a bad word to say about the products I have received. My wife is a sick person and I have to purchase night dresses and women
I have shown have all remarked on the product and their finish. I have been dealing with Magnamail for about 5 years and that should show my satisfaction with your products and the service
I have received. Mainly night dresses and gowns to be worn during the day.

I have received most of my last order, but am still waiting for the steering cover.
Apparently it is discontinued. I am most disappointed.
I also enjoy the little gifts that come with my orders.
