Order not filled, company uncontactable! After several weeks I applied for refund from PayPal. Put in complaints with both Qld (my residence) and WA (company location) Offices of Fair Trade............nothing done because I was refunded. They told me to check reviews of companies before using online!
Lovely operators like these should be closed down.

I ordered due to the short shipping expectancy but never received the product. I wish i had read reviews before purchasing. They do not answer emails at all and have no phone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

They do not communicate with the customer. They do not deliver BUT unlike some reviews I’ve read they did refund my money. After several emails over a few months with no response from them came a refund notice from Pay Pal.

I ordered and paid for a jacket on 30th April and have emailed them twice, but have not heard from them. I have no tracking information active, they do not reply to email and I have still not received the jacket. Extremely poor and untrustworthy. Do not use them.

I ordered a dog jacket and got the invoice straight away. I left it over a week before tracking as i understand with the current COVID 19 situation there are delays everywhere. Checked the tracking and it said the item didnt exist. I emailed them with no reply. I waited a few more days checked the tracking (this is now 2 weeks) and still doesn't exist. So i email them again no reply. In total i emailed them 3 times over 4 weeks with no reply. Lucky i purchased with PayPal and got my money back. I dont know if they are just not a good company or closed and not updated their website but definately recommend against purchasing through Mammoth Pet Supplies.

Not happy. I purchased dry cat food and it was 6 months pass best before date. I requested a refund or send fresh batch out to me. I won't be using them again even if and when this rectify this issue.

They took my money and did not supply goods. Have not responded to any of my emails requesting information.

Terrible do not use this company at all.

Such bad service

I have just ordered 3 dog leads. The delivery was quick and the leads were exactly what I expected. Would have appreciated an email when the colour I wanted was not available, however, when I emailed the reply was very prompt and a refund offered. I would recommend.

Despite all the poor reviews they delivered the product I ordered on time and as promised. Took a while to get here but cant fault the service . Thanks big elephant !!!!!!

I recently purchased a few items from there online store thinking it was a good buy, they take your money, no tracking number no contact number & hope I recover money.

Its simple .Please read the reviews as i didn't march 2020 . No contact, not goods .Have instigated actions against them . Disappointing i these tough times that people have no conscience or scruples .

Stay away. These guys take your money and deliver nothing. Ordered 2 weeks ago, tracking number does not work. PayPal dispute has been opened. Hopefully I can get a refund that way.

Just received a message from my credit card provider saying they blocked a transaction for over $200. I never even purchased anything from them or visited their website. Stay away!

Never received my order, they did not reply to any of my emails. Thank God I used Paypal, lodging a dispute now. Wish I had read these reviews sooner, should have known not to order from website that has no customer reviews on their site, and no contact number.

No product received. No response to emails. Do not buy from this company. Happy to take your money for no product. Thankfully paid via PayPal so was refunded my money.

I ordered my product over 3.5 weeks ago, I have emailed requesting information and received no response. I called and the number that I found online and another company answered and said Mammoth have not been operating from than phone number for years. There is no way to get in contact with them. I go to send an email from their website and that doesn't work either. They have taken payment from my credit card and had no contact with me or delivered my product. They take your money and disappear. Stay Away!

Bought items from this website, they took payment immediately however when went to track order says i've never ordered from them. Their only point of contact is an email address, emails have all gone ignored. Have since read reviews they have done this to a lot of customers. Have just reported them to Fair Trading.

After buying on line I contacted them as the link they sent me to track my order didn't work. No reply...so I emailed again...no reply. It was only at that point I read some reviews. Luckily I'd paid via Paypal so I lodged a dispute straight away. Within a few days I'd got my money back. It is concerning as to why they are allowed to stil have a website up and running whereby the money is taken and goods not sent.

Sadly it would appear that I am yet another sucker that just got scammed $97.83 by this company. It was only when I tried to contact this company without success that I took a closer look and saw the reviews. This is the first time I have been scammed and unfortunately I didn’t use Pal Pal. This has taught me a valuable lesson. Only pay via Pay Pal. I will now report this companY to the ASIC.

Bought over $200 worth of products. Luckily I paid using a PayPal. Item never arrived, they never responded to emails. Tracking of item didn’t work. I contacted PayPal and got a full refund. It appears this is a fake company. Buyers- use a PayPal when ever you can, this way your money is insured if you get scammed.
