Great produce, easy, tasty food, makes life easier not having to think what to cook each night, delivery at late night convinent times of the day, service can not be floored

Marley Spoon has fresh, systematic, easy to adjust recipes. The variety is out of this world! How do they come up with them! I am loving my cooking. You can always log everything in your Fitbit, which is a must for me. I get 4 portions in 1 meal because I make 1/2 portions and had to go and buy those takeaway containers from the local chicken shop, just so I could freeze them!
You also make it easy to choose, adjust the recipes you send, and can skip orders you don’t like or if you just think you don’t need a box that week it is easy to cancel. Keep up the fantastic job!!!

I love the diversity of the meals and how easy it is to make them all. Having cooked with Marley for a few months now, I did notice that the quality of the vegetables/ingredients started to become less and less fresh. Sometimes, when they arrived, a lot of the vegetables were mushy already. We decided to have a break from it a couple of months ago partly due to this and also we felt the meals were so closely related after a while, it felt like we were eating the same thing. Now that we’re back at it again, I hope these two main issue won’t be any longer.

My husband and I have been using the service for 8 months and are very satisfied. We're time poor but health conscious so the ready to cook meals are great!

Inconsistent sometimes they forget ingredients sometimes they change delivery date last minute . Sometimes they contest me and are apologetic sometimes They don’t respond at all
Overall it’s fine I’ll keep going for now

The recipes are quite creative! However with 3 growing boys, their just isn't enough food.
Really need to see more variety too. I'm continually swapping chicken breast with thigh
and doubling the quantity!!

We’ve been using Marley Spoon for almost 2 years. We had a break for 2 months due to holidays in between, and it was great to use their service again. We have changed to the vegetarian options this time and we are really enjoying the dishes that are available. It takes the stress out of thinking what to make! The ingredients are of good quality and my family are loving the dinners!

Marley Spoon is fantastic, my kids can cook tea, they have all instruction and it’s all in the paper bag. The variety is amazing and l save so much time and money!

I love the receipes and ease of most of the menu although in last few months the quality of the fresh items have not been to the usual MS high quality. It was hard to communicate to MS although they did get in touch with me. I have received discounts although I would just prefer good items so I enjoyed the cooking experience.

Its a great way of making dinners interesting again. Some recipes were average and others great tasting. We sometimes needed to add a little more with regards to flavour but generally the recipes were good.

Marley Spoon lets us be creative and my husband likes to choose our weekly meals.

About a week or so ago, Marley Spoon "door-knockers" came knocking. We we're first alerted to this by our dogs. On approach we noticed two yellow-shirted men trudging cross-country across the neighbours yard to get to ours.. instead of using our perfectly good driveway.. once we told them we weren't interested we continued to watch them move on to each neighbour's house.. each time, trudging cross country to get to each house's door step, rather than respectively walking up and down each house's drive way. Our neighbourhood is a nice one, with well looked after front yards and perfectly useable driveways and footpaths. It would be nice to see Marley Spoon door-knockers learn how to use these.

I joined thinking I could select meals and delivery. All of a sudden I am getting meals delivered in 9 days time like it or not. I tried cancelling the subscription but no, I am getting this unwanted box of meals I don’t like anyway. A lesson I learned that cost $76.

We tried Marley Spoon for one month and walked away with good and bad feelings. The service was abysmal, the food quality was satisfactory, the ideas were great, but all in all, it taught us that you cant beat cooking for yourself using fresh ingredients that you select and buy yourself. I think this business may have its own "use by date" unless people become reclusive and housebound.

My delivery came today it was left on my front porch in the hot sun we have had a temperature 44 today I have been sitting in my lounge room waiting for it to arrived. They didn't even knock on the door to let me know that it had been delivered not very happy at all.

I had been using Marley spoon for only a month and within that month I had missing ingredients, delivered to the wrong address only to be told it was correct and an ice pack broken and leaked all throughout the box. I got into touch with the contact centre and they were not very helpful, and couldn’t do much about it all. I then cancelled my subscription and it suggested to email the ceo, which I did and he was just as generic in his reply. I will be going back Hello Fresh, shame Marley spoon didn’t work out as some of the food was delicious.

Account was reactivated without permission whilst we were on Tasman Sea on holidays without internet . Delivery was left in garage in middle of summer and off by time we got home from holidays . Payment taken from an account that hadn’t been opened when last dealing with MS. Girl at MS said it wasn’t her problem .
Second delivery made before we had time to stop it. Half hearted attempts to resolve the problem by MS.
Currently not resolved although first delivery has been credited

I have had one box of Marley Spoon. 6 months later i went into the Marley spoon site to see what food they had. What i didn't realise that i had just ordered myself a box it wasn't until a few days later i noticed the transaction on my statement. I called Marley Spoon just to be spoken to like a idiot. I explained to the guy from Marley Spoon. I did not want to order another box and that as a customer you should be able to just look on the site without it automatically ordering another box. After the guy not willing to help in any way I opted to wear the cost of another box but I would like a vegetarian box as i no longer eat meat. Which he refused to help in anyway. This is so wrong.

Terrible customer service and terrible meals. Such a waste of money and time!!!
Vegetables were all bruised and one moldy, I thought that I will have ONE tasty meal at least...

Disappointing in every sense
