A nice pump for the money!
A convenient pump for anyone who wants to use couple of times per day. Easy to use, easy to clean and the pump works well with stimulation mode. Not recommended for people who use daily to extract milk for the whole day as electric pumps would be suitable for that purpose. Buy with an offer, so it'll be more value for money!

Affordable and efficient
I got this from Coles for $60 after seeing reviews so it was reasonably priced and it works perfectly. Easy to understand instructions and troubleshooting for correct pumping and the right size for you.
Easy to clean and put together. Has a handy holder to keep it all together in your cupboard.
I am very happy with my purchase because I was hesitant on spending so much money on something like this but its been well worth it.

Easy to use, clean and store
I had issues with my first child and trying to express was very hard, I had used the really expensive breast pumps and in the end this one was excellent in price and was no where near as hard to work. The attachments were easy to clean and parts were also easy to replace if needed

Does The Job But Wouldn't Recommend
I didn't plan to pump a lot so only wanted a manual one for a small amount of expressing.
I had so much trouble getting my milk to come out, I spent so long sitting there expressing, my hand would get sore and I'd get annoyed because I didn't want to spend the whole time bub was asleep expressing milk!
It is easy enough to use and clean.
I found it a bit awkward getting my milk to go down the funnel into the bottle instead of dripping all over me (maybe that was me being useless though).
I also just found expressing milk a bit painful in g...Read more

Very easy to use and wash!
I only needed an easy pump for occasional expressing with a relatively low budget and I'm very happy with this pump! The set up and clean up is very easy, and it doesn't take a lot of time to express at all. The size and weight of the gear is great for travelling. Will definitely recommend to someone who is looking for occasional uses too.

Lifesaver!
I bought this manual pump when my second child was born, and I was really happy with it. Compared to the electric, I found it a lot faster to retrieve milk (even if I got a quick hand work out). I could take it anywhere with it being small and easy to pull apart all parts to sterilise. Highly recommend!

this is good
i bought this one from chemist warehouse!it is quite good!doesnt take much time to pump, doesn't make any noise, but a bit tired to use it at night when ur so sleepy!i wish it has massage cuishion cup applied on,makes it easier to use!
the bad thing is when u pump for 15-20" the milk get up to the handle that makes the pump works very hard,i have to take them out and make them dried

convenience plus
Love this product. So Practical and portable. No cords or cables in the way. Whip it out of your hand bag or baby bag and have a quick pump in the car, bathroom or wherever. I used it in conjunction with the medela swing. I had a lot of pumping to do and if I had just just used the harmony I might have developed RSI. It's a little tiring if you pump for too long in a session or you use it multiple times a day.

Great pump for occasional pumping
If you are only going to occasionally pump, then this is a great affordable model to purchase. It's easy to clean, assemble and once you learn how to use it (I found long, steady pumps at a constant pace worked for me) then it's great. It comes with a teat that grows with your baby ie no need for different ones depending on age. It does take more time to lump than an automatic one but all in all it's pretty good if you're going to pump every now and then.

Good pump
I find this pump is basic and covers all of my low use pumping needs.
I only express a bottle now and then for emergencies as bub is usually with me, so I just needed something cheap and reliable.
It works well and i haven't had a problem with it, very easy to clean and simple to use.
If you were using in a more regular basis I would definitely recommend an electric pump, but this is good for every now and then.

Life saver when had trouble breastfeeding
Great for what it is. Being a manual pump you wouldnt want to use it as your sole breastfeeding option but got me out of trouble when i had issues. Also great for helping to relieve blocked duct.
Has two options of let down and expressing mode which is handy. I did find after solely using this repeatedly it didnt seem to be as effective but is likely that it was due to my milk still being established. Also seems to be good for its price point

Good product
A very good product for breast feeding moms. You can control the speed of how fast you wanted. It is easy to clean and can be daily use. Small enough to carry on when I went out to work. However it may be a little tired if you need to pump over one hour.

Easy and handy
Comfortable to use, perfect for occasional use (once a day). As it is very handy, easy to clean and set up, it is perfect to use while travelling. Not recommended if you want to stash a lot of milk, as it is not advisable to use for a long period of time as it will be painful for your nipple/breast.

Very painful and didn't stay latched
This isn't very comfortable to use and is very painful on the nipples. It latches onto the nipple and pumps milk manually. Very disappointing actually as I spent a lot of money on it and was recommended by the hospital. I wouldn't recommend this Pump to anyone as like I said it's quite painful and takes a long time to pump the milk. The bottles that came with it were also terrible, my son couldn't suck any milk out of it and ended up changing bottles. Was a huge waste of money

Easy and fast
Easy to set up and use, easy to dissemble and clean. If you are only pumping occasionally this is perfect. Very comfortable and you can see the milk as it is collected. The only negative is that your hand may ache but its super easy to pump and you will build up hand strength.. Lol

Handy for occasional use
As a first-time mum and now exclusively breastfeeding, this pump was so helpful at the beginning when I was experiencing a lot of engorgement, nipple/breast pain during feeding and had to pump for temporary relief. On two occasions I was able to pump in the car and bottle feed during a long drive when we were unable to pull over to feed. I currently don't pump at all now at 11 weeks post partum because I love breastfeeding that much and the thought of cleaning a bottle makes me feel tired already. I also love it when my son poops all day haha. ...Read more
I do plan to slowly build a small freezer stash for my return to part time work. This pump took a little bit of practice before getting used to it. What really helped was combining pumping with breast compressions, heat, massage and hand expression, and getting to know the anatomy and uniqueness of each boob - this yielded much more milk than pumping alone. (Obviously the Harmony will never drain the breast as effectively as baby, so more effort on my part needed). It was quite fiddly at first fitting my breast/nipple into the standard shield, sometimes uncomfortable and often leaked, until I realised I needed to go down in flange size. This made a big difference. I had initially considered buying an electric pump but held off until after I gave birth, used the hospital grade one during my hospital stay to help get milk flowing because of attachment issues, opted to buy the Harmony the week I came home and no regrets! I prefer this over the electric as I can control the suction strength and even speed, to the point of holding a steady stream of milk. Reasonably priced. Easy to clean. Portable. Parts easy to replace online or at local shops. Compared to the electric, I also feel less like a cow. :) The rubber suction doesn't need a crazy clean in hot water as per instruction booklet because it starts to come a little loose as I've discovered. The letdown mode is a little pointless - much better to stimulate your own let down with your own hands. I prefer a specific Pigeon bottle over the Medela bottles so I just have to live with transferring the milk around. Will definitely use this again for next baby if neccessary.Similar opinion? Not worth the money
Always got blocked ducts after using the machine. Realised maybe because I need a larger breastsheild.
Pump costs $75 + $30 New Breastsheild. Its too much to pay for an occasional user. Stopped using pump altogether.
I can get electric breast pump for that money.
Its easy to clean, not many small parts.
