I initially found the store daunting, but after a few tries, it got easier. I was used to looking at laptops as a package rather than a customised one.
I was quite pleased with the customisations as it allowed me to select what I wanted which I cannot get at other laptop manufacturers. One of the big draws was also access to finance.
The quality is excellent, and I will recommend it to anyone.

I found it all very easy to order and pay. The laptop covers everything my teenager needs. Will order again as the customer service was fantastic. The price was very competitive.

I purchased a Prime-S Laptopn with 16.1" 11Hz LED screen, i7-9750H CPU, 8GB DDR4, 1TB and 512GB M.2 SSDs, GTX 1660Ti 6GB Graphics. I use this with an ultra wide gaming monitor for graphics and business applications (not a gamer). The system has been lightning fast and flawless, even on some days where my office was hitting 35oC (no aircon). Every step of the purchase and delivery was smooth and well communicated by Metabox. Very happy customer.

Selecting the parts and building a custom gaming laptop was a delightful experience and very easy.
Applying for finance was also a very easy process. Watching the progression of the order is a treat.
The laptop is everything that was promised.

The store was a bit finicky to go through, finding the right barcode looking model but I guess if you want to have the ultimate say in customization that's a positive. The model I got serves me amazingly and is almost flawless and as a bonus I got it at a really fair price considering that every other company would've charged me $500-800 more for the same product, my only issue is a personal upgrade adding in one of my own m.2 nvmr drives was the screws that come with to install an extra drive are a bit annoying to work with but otherwise well worth, and I'd definitely buy a laptop here again.

The store was amazingly straightforward. The range of product was perfect. The quality was incredible.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. Everything is beyond amazing -- starting from the service, going through the delivery, the product, the price, and the after purchase care.

Product is unreliable, frequent bluescreens, badly installed software, okay customer service, but just a very sub-standard product all around. Avoid this brand and shop elsewhere. I have had a great success with MSI in the past and have heard Alienware and ASUS are decent as well. This product performs well when it does perform, but it will not last you more than a year without significant problems (in my case the problems started from DAY 1!). These initial problems were resolved and then 3 months later more problems started happening. The Hardware itself is poor quality or installed badly, and the software setup was done poorly too (for example the primary username was misspelled which just shows pure sloppiness on Metabox's part).

Honestly the only reason I ended up with one of these amazing machines is because of a huge sale (saved over $1000) but you can't argue with it's superiority. Easily outclasses all of my mates' desktops and the ability to pick and choose where your money goes is great. I am not left wanting for anything with this computer. I would reccomend to anyone, even if the price can be a bit steep.

Had the P650HP for about 2 years now and the battery does not last more than 1 hour without it being plugged in. The laptop also fails at playing Overwatch at low-medium graphics, which is odd as i purchased this preciously for gaming and to use for at least 4 hours like my macbook pro did previously (8 years and still going strong). I also called them to talk about some issues i was having and was not the best experience. The body of the laptop is also low quality and very plasticy, it is also chunky and very heavy. The screen is also low quality at 60hz. Anyways probably wont be getting another metabox.

Store and range were a bit on the glossy side and the quality of the build is questionable.
Dead Pixels, Scratches and Cables(something) pinched in the form factor on arrival.

Sent it back and they replaced the LCD panel but they left the scratches and the lifting edge on the case where they must have pinched a cable inside putting it together, despite me providing photos showing the problems. Do not recommend.

Customer service seems to communicate well when you show them they did not read half your email but still, they never actually provided me with a brand-new laptop like I paid top dollar for.

Navigating the website was a little clunky however it wasn't the end of the world.
Selecting parts were easy and before you knew it your system was ready for purchase.
The laptop arrived at the time that was stated.
Product is well built, solid, and I have had no issues with the internal components. The only setback is the installation of drivers - its almost 2020 and this process seems clunky and the software like Control Centre 3 are also clunky. Would be good if another vendor was utilised for this.

In all I am extremely happy with the product and will definitely use Metabox again should the need arise

Complete and utter lemon. Hardware issues started within about 2 months of using the laptop, and despite sending it back twice for repairs were never resolved. Overheats and BSOD near constantly. The worst brand of laptops (other than lenovo) which I have had the misfortune of using or buying. Stay the hell away, is my advice.

Your laptop is very good looking but one thing you may consider is detachable screen or at lease one that can fold back on itself - I had to buy a docking station so I can use larger screens.

When I bought my new laptop things were really easy to work out what I needed. The Metabox guys really helped me out too. Great product, great service! I am so happy with my laptop and its performance. The benchmarks are perfect!

Amazing product at an amazing price. My Metabox doesn't just play new release games without breaking a sweat, but also powers through my photo and video editing with absolute ease. I will definitely purchase from here again and would highly recommend their products.

It's an awesome laptop for the price and worth every penny, although the battery doesn't last longer than 50 minutes on full when gaming which doesn't bother me, I just leave it plugged in. A+ laptop.
