The product is exactly what I was after and delivers on quality and performance even more than I was expecting. I'm using the laptop (Alpha-X NH58RC) daily for work and play and I'll definitely be back for more!

These are exceptional value considering the specs.
The store is easy to navigate and the models easy to spec.
The build quality is good on my Alpha, plastic is used to keep the weight and cost down however the keyboard in particular is quality and the surfaces feel nicely machined and manufactured.
One of the few laptop manufacturers to actually provide all the ports I'm looking for and the higher end screen options are great for video/photography.
My only negative is that a certain amount of knowledge of Win10 is required to get the machine operating, it was blue screens of death out of the box with a number of drivers requiring reinstallation or updating. But happy sailing since then.

Metabox was easy to get to and around the store, easy to specify what specs I wanted and the support team were great to discuss particulars with. Computer looks good and the 17 inch fits well. Only glitch would be the front left corner of the computer overhangs a little. ?

My first laptop was an ITC laptop when I first started designing houses. The drawing programs have become more complex and graphics demands when generating 3Ds are huge. The Metabox laptop handles it well. I have 32G with RTX 2060 graphics. Metabox offer upgradable laptops that look great with as good as any build quality fully customisable at purchase and around 80% of well known brands. My only surprise was the fan noise which can get loud which doesn't bother me anyway. Highly recommended.

Metabox has a very painless process to get a great laptop. the site was easy to use and this is the best laptop I have had in the last 20 years.

The actual use and set-up of the device great.
Problem is, the suspend and resume. Seems to not start up all the fans for some reason. So can only give ok.

Was impressed it was sent on the day they estimated way in advance (even with virus affected supply chains). Awesome laptop, much slimmer than the pictures make it look. Stunning performance. A big step forward from my 10 year old Alienware laptop. Great value for the price. Only negative I can think of is the fingerprint scanner, recognizes my print about 1 in 4 tries (which is better than my phone).

Bought during a sale, ended up with an excellent box for the price, great communication. Received my order one week after ordering it, and it runs all the games I want (the most important thing). Plus an excellent webcam as standard. Thanks team!

Bought a N850EJ about a year and a half ago. High quality components for the price, but in that time, I've got a run of dead pixels in the 4k screen, the housing has come apart and one of the hinges is loose.

The custom laptop I put together was just as good (if not better in a few places) than any upper-mid spec brand name laptop out there but for half the price. Very happy with the product :)

I have owned a Metabox P170HM for 8 or 9 years, and it only died last week.
That is great performance for any laptop, let alone a gaming one.
I got the 3 year rtb warranty, and I did use it twice due to graphics card issues, however the service was great and in the end the replacement card lasted around 6 years after that.
I bought another metabox laptop to replace it. It was delivered faster than expected, and when I had issues with my wireless adapter the phone support was very good. It turned out it was the router, not the adapter so no fault with the laptop.
Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Battery life is good, by widely depends on what I am using it for obviously. I use it for games, as well as university work and have not had a problem running any programs. I've also have had no technical difficulties with the device, and was shipped to me (Melbourne) in good time!
