Short for time? Go for a quality Asus or Alienware Instead
To say that this company and it’s products are worthy of even a google search - would be a sincere understatement.
I paid around $3000 for a Prime-S 950HP laptop to then have every single possible issue you could possibly have with it its defective part riddled short lived 2 year lifespan.

the components the company uses in it’s laptops, and dragged out service times and excuses will have you begging for your money back for the product. My personal business has been affected and incurred losses thanks to the shotty service which required my computer to be sent to them and returned over 3 times - each time with the same or a newer problem.. before they finally offered a full refund after having given up THEMselves after 2 years of me enduring problem after problem with it. ** If you value quality but more importantly, your money - having over 10 years experience working in the I.T myself - I would strongly, strongly recommend you avoid this company and its products at all costs.

Perfect laptop
I bought the N850EJ Alpha laptop on boxing day for $1040 with the GTX 1050 and there is nothing I can complain about. I am generally getting around 7 hours of battery life on Word, Youtube etc. and one hour battery life in CPU and GPU heavy tasks. It is the unrivaled best combination in the price range for what I need and the dual heatsinks are perfectly adequate for reaching the max boost clock. for more than 30 seconds, but it hovers around 3.7 GHz after that. This was fixed by a slight undervolt on the CPU but overall, it has a very sleek design, 10/10 customer service and an exceptional cooling design on an all plastic body which is seemingly durable. Metabox Workstation Pro P955ET3
I purchased Metabox Workstation Pro P955ET3 about 4 month ago and must say very happy with my choice.
I must say I am quite satisfied with the support from purchasing process through the technical support team.
Quality of the product was great specially compair to the price.
Unfortunately this days big brands does not give a damn about customer service a minute after they took your money.
I was shocked when I read some of the reviews on "leading" brands.
Definitely recommend Metabox, specially if you are based in Perth WA.

Great Product and Even Greater customer Service!
I purchased a Metabox laptop from Kong Computers during the 2018 cyber Monday sale. The price was just about unbeatable for the specs. Once my laptop arrived I had noticed the box had been dropped during transit. Kong Computers quickly put me in contact with Metabox customer support. I was in contact with Dylan who very quickly offered to resolve my problem in a quick and professional manner. Within a day of Emailing Dylan we had resolved the problem. Overall I'm very happy with the product and the service from Metabox so far.
Would recommend to any potential buyers. Looking for a new laptop.
