I have call Metropolitan for to check the water leaking from my Airconditioner. They have asked me to pay the diagnose fee $141 before coming to inspect. Once the guy arrive he did not do any service and too lazy, left without doing anything. The water still leaking its utter waste of money paying these guys. Total rip off!!!!

A pipe burst in my kitchen wall. Ryan from Metropolitan came promptly, noted that the water pressure was too high (after recent watermain works), fitted a flow restricter & fixed the pipes really quickly. Then Shane fixed the brick wall and painted it so it looked good as new. He even went the extra mile painting another section of wall (from a renovation I'd had done 10 years ago) so the house looks better than before!

Our Hot Water Service stopped working on Xmas Eve. Metropolitan sent a plumber on Xmas Day. Ronnie, provided us with a quick assessment and options for repair or replacement. His good explanations made it easy for me to make an informed decision. The repairs were done in the spot allowing us to enjoy Xmas Day. Thanks Ronnie!

My water system didnt need to be updated but nathan come over after my brother cut the gas and water pipes!!!! Ronnie T come and installed an aquarium max hot h2o heater and did a great clean job.. now I love it! Wish you the best R :) LM

I was just charged a certain amount which was later reviewed and adjusted.
I would recommend this company and the after service they provide you is excellent.
Although i was initially shocked, after a thorough phone call explanation and discussion, my opinion of their service and commitment is exceptional.

Cooker broke, got a new one installed on Xmas Eve by Ronnie, Angelo and Jayden. Great job and now we can cook the turkey tomorrow. Would use the guys anytime!

Ronnie attended site very responsive, was very helpful with sorting out the issue. Gave us a price and fixed on the spot, no crap.

Daniel arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to install tap to our fridge. He arrange for parts to be ordered and plumber Wally to attend to do works within the hour. Wally arrived within the hour and had the job done promptly and professionally. Also gave advice about what needed to be done to ensure smooth installation of dishwasher as well which was appreciated.

Les performed like a hero to install my hotwater service on an extreme heat day. He was very courteous and I felt very comfortable having him in my house.

Matty and Luke did a great job replacing our hotwater unit and decommissioning an old solar hot water system. A gas line also needed to be replaced, making the job complicated. The work was carried out in a professional and what seemed like an effortless manner. Matty explain each step of the job as it progressed, making sure that we were happy with the outcome. He stuck to the written quote, with no nasty surprises. Very happy with the finished job. Would definitely use them again.

Beware, they charge like a wounded bull, they don't give a breakdown of the costs involved. They use high pressure tactics and look for other jobs to overcharge while fixing the first one. Don't fall for the trap of ignorance, get multiple quotes and you will see the difference. They completed the job, but at a high overcharged price after more investigation online after the job was completed. I guess you live and learn!
