36 degree heat on Easter Friday with scorcher Saturday -40 degrees- and my aircond decided to give out. Rang Metropolitan Air cond 24/7 line. Had excellent service from Adam who came out at 6pm Easter Saturday, Lee and Luke Easter Sunday and Branden and Luke on Tuesday to complete the job. Extremely efficient and I now have a new air conditioning system. All done over Easter no extra call out charge. 10 out of 10 boys.

Fault due to sub standard power board which couldn’t cope by today’s standards, faulty trip fuses, plus no more room for additional fuses.
Agelo, the electrician explained everything, cost upfront and an interest free payment option, if I wanted it.
Angelo explained everything, polite, patient. He replaced some double power points within the house with larger ones, as some were overloaded, in the kitchen particularly and a fire hazard.

I called Jim's plumbing and Metropolitan arrived.
Ronnie attended to the later half of the job. The 5 stars only for the technician. He was thorough with his work, clean and neat. However for a replacement of outside leaking garden tap, with replacement and fitted new 3 holes hot & cold taps for kitchen sink as well as two stopper for the taps, with a non refundable call out fee. They gave a total all in charge as $1322. Inc GST
I accepted the job because we got no hot water for the kitchen and it was getting late to get a second quote.
Their employee are great but prices seem to be on the high end.

Our old electrical power board failed on a Saturday night, we called Metropolitan Plumbing and Nick responded quickly, detected the issue and replaced the power board the next morning as quoted and in time.

all the guys that attended my property (chris, jatender, nick, kosta and jake) replaced my ducted air conditioner and re wired all the electrical wiring because it had cotton cabling. the work was carried out efficiently and all the work was completed over the Easter long weekend. excellent work, no rubbish left over and they made it look easy.

We were surprised to be able to have someone around the same day for a quote and first thing the next day to complete the work. Nick did a great job and we're really happy with the work. When we need more work done we'll be giving them a call.
