He listened to me when I came in with my concerns. He gave me options and choice. He didn't pressure me to make any decisions. He didn't try and sway me either way. He just gave me all of the knowledge to make an informed choice about what I was buying.

Wide range of products were available to choose from. Most of them are very much affordable and designer looks.

The staff over there have showed all the items as per my requirements and very much polite in talking which I have never experienced anywhere else.

Took the time to understand what I was after and made me feel extremely comfortable. Gave me options along with competitive pricing and relevant information rather than just trying to make a sale.

Diamond ring bought around 500 AUD few years back which has high sentimental value snapped into two pieces. Shockingly I was told the ring has been deformed and put under force or pressure....and charges to repair is 180 dollars... not happy with the repair charges and no value for sentiments... so many posts I have seen with the same issues, blame has always been put back on customers ( too much force, physical stress on ring, too much wear and tear etc etc... such things cannot be even quantified or measures.. but wsy way for such a big jeweller to wash its hands off... highly disappointed..

I purchased a white gold infinity bracelet for my wife, $230. The chain broke the first time she wore it. Then it broke in a second place while gently putting it in the box. The quality is absolutely terrible. I thought Michael Hill were a quality jeweller, i was wrong. Very disappointing, im really quite disgusted.
