Went into the store just to look at wedding bands. We had a wonderful sales assistant, loved the fact she was not pushy, she knew her stuff and was genuinely a nice person.

I had the most amazing service at a Michael hill in Charlestown square store, the lady was so friendly and knew exactly what I was after for my wedding bands.

Karly really put that extra effort into making sure we found the perfect piece for my partners b'day pressie! I will most definitely be shopping there soon in the near future

The staff at Kippa-ring store are very knowledgeable with the products that they sell, but The ladies know me by name as I am always buying something from the store.

I just popped in to browse wedding bands for an upcoming wedding. The staff were very receptive to the feedback I was giving and found a piece of jewellery which suited my specifics. I would say they went above their capacity in helping me.

I have this bracelet for repair and the repair man confirmed that this cannot be repaired which the manager disagree .
He made an excellent decision to make sure his customer will be happy and satisfied by sending the bracelet back for repairs. I am so pleased with his decision . That's a real manager who knows how to look for options and not giving up .Amazing stuff.

I went into Michael Hill Erina store - was happy just looking at the jewellery - lady asked me was I looking for myself or a gift. Told her for myself for my 30th Wedding Anniversary but only wanted to spend around the $300 mark. She took me to a counter a pulled out a sapphire looking ring and began to rattle off the gold content etc. I asked her how much she said we have 20% off today - again I asked the cost - $2,500. Why would you show me a ring of that value when I said I wanted something around $300. She replied with have you thought about interest free ?????? Will never step foot into that place again.

The way she approached me you could tell she had been doing this a long time and she's made me feel comfortable. Despite the fact that I was uncomfortable walking into the jeweller being so dirty from work so she's put me at ease by the way she was towards me. I purchased a gold belcher chain to suit my amethyst pendant that I had. The pendant needed something that extra special and Michael Hill did not disapoint! It was at a super price and looks stunning!
