Great service
Karen from Elizabeth was wonderful to deal with as she actually Showed me her own jewellery as the store had none in stock like I was wanting all though she couldn't get any she was able to get me two necklaces to make a set of earrings to match my previously purchased pendant

Gold necklace
Very friendly shop assistant. Did not feel pressured into buying. Very helpful and able to arrange a better price on the necklace even though it wasn’t on sale at the time

A wonderful experience
Our sales assistant was very warm & friendly. I'm in a wheelchair & sometimes sales people tend to direct questions just to my husband. She made me feel included from the start.

Vaughan mills staff are awsome
Thanks to Gynn and others at the Vaughan Mills store.You made my weekend surprise to my wife even better than either of us imagined.. she still smiles every time she looks at the ring even a week later. Price was great and service was amazing.. only wish we lived closer .

The Perfect Gift Awesome Staff
I have been dealing with Michael Hill Charlestown Store for a number of years starting with Arun and Jayne the last purchase was with Tasha. I have always found all staff to be super friendly polite and very professional they are always extremely helpful when it comes to picking jewellery for my wife

Great customer service
They were not in a hurry to move on, which showed me that they genuinely wanted to assist me in finding something but was not pushy at all. Have bought many pieces from here and will continue to do so.

Shockingly bad customer service
Faulty product so I contacted customer service. Waited a week for a response, and they then passed the buck onto someone else. The someone else didn't make contact for a week. To their credit someone finally did call me. I am still waiting on further action from the phone call...a week later. So 3 weeks total now to resolve an issue! Frustrating!

I was unsure of having a wedding ring custom made. Lucy arranged a VIP appointment. Showcased many options. Advised of specials. Absolutely fell in love with her recommend ring set. Very very happy and will be back for bridal party gifts

Extremely helpful sales staff
Our sales rep was amazing, helpful and cheerful. She enjoyed helping us find something that would fit. Other jewellers were unable to help due to the unusual shape of the ring.

Excellent customer service @ Parramatta
The team member was smiling and welcoming the moment we walked in. The team member listened to what we required as I had seen what I wanted online, the team member made my experience a smooth transaction as they covered all basis & took the time to explain the care plan for my engagement ring.

I ordered a ring and purchased it 21st February 2020,
I tried it on today after boxing up for moving house and have realised it’s not the one for me anymore!
Can I trade/exchange for another ring in store??
I’m devastated, as soon as I bought it home I hid it away and now 2 months later I feel differently about it.

I think I got indirectly scammed by Michael hill. I bought a stud earring, it got sent but I wasn’t home at the time. I went to the post office and they couldn’t find the number but told me to come back a few days later. I got sidetracked so it had been over 10 days which meant it got sent back to them. I contacted Michael hill and they said they are looking into it and will send it again. It’s been ages now like a month. I’m done playing games how do I get a refund?
