We had been with our previous Health Fund for over 23 years.
During this time, customer service dropped to below par, products became expensive, paid too much for too little in claims. We have been delighted with the excellent customer service from Mildura Health, it is exceptional and exceeds expectations....how refreshing! Their products are competitive, are superior in most cases and less expensive. The most important thing is being able to talk to a representative without being put on hold for long delays. The representatives are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this company.
