OK- average
Cooling performance is satisfactory and in line with the power rating.
The airflow from the unit is a strong jet which is uncomfortable even 5 metres away so you need to be careful to aim it away from where you sit or stand for any length of time. A more diffused flow would be nicer.
Inside unit is very quiet; only noticeable when fan speed increases. Outside unit unbelievably quiet. The sound is drowned out by my barbecue burners!
Installation was quick and easy though it is not a particularly neat job.

p, not particularly objectionable but certainly not stylish. Remote does the job but a label like "too warm" or "too cool" next to the up and down arrows isn't really necessary. I could probably work out which arrow to push by myself, though I have not yet mastered the on timer. Never used the economy button nor another one which I think changes the set temperature after a while. Don't see the point really. So yeah it's okay but I'll get a Daikin next time.

Best Air Conditioner ever.
Fitted a few days before a very hot Victorian Christmas day (2016).
Easy installation done by a local with lots of experience.
Very Very quiet inside and outside. (On low fan aircon need to check it's even on, it's so quiet)
Very quickly cooling down a 35 degree large lounge/kitchen area (64+ square metres - 10 minutes)
Very easy to use, just read the manual first.
Added optional WiFi controller, but not set up as yet.
Not tried heating yet still about 30 degrees at the moment 28/12/2016.
I was told this unit is the best you can buy - HE WAS RIGHT!
