I would highly recommend Modern for solar panels. From the beginning the service was first class. The entire process was easy and the entire solar system is fabulous. Valerie was an absolute pleasure to speak to on the phone!

My mum was very happy with the job. The gentleman was very polite and explained what he was doing. She already had blinds and it was great they didn't have to replace the whole lor. We would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

I had to reschedule an appointment for a quote. Worker I spoke to had argued with my mother before hand and was aggressive and spoke over me. He was only keen on arguing rather than booking a new appointment.

Modern were great from start to finish. We received great customer service when choosing our shutters and during the installation process . After sales service has been great too with assistance given promptly with new remotes / batteries sent out. We’ve had our current roller shutters for almost 11 years and they’re as good as new! We are renovating and will not hesitate to use Modern Group again. Valerie’s rapport with people and customer service is excellent.

Very pleased with my panels. The tradesmen were very good and answered my queries. Took them no time to install the panels. The Modern Group also arranged to connect my panels to the grid which saved me the trouble.

very easy, was done in 1 day, but it took some time for the power company to connect me to the grid, because all the info had been sent to a supplier that aws not my supplier

From initial enquiries through to completion a team member of Modern was available and able to answer any questions and advise us if there were any difficulties. The equipment is of the highest quality. The installation was seamless, the installers were professional. I know for years to come I'll have no concerns with our Solar System. Follow up calls from Modern and in particular Valerie are always welcome.

The guys that installed the shutters were professional and did a great job, very happy with the service they offered, they cleaned up after themselves which is another great service.

Very happy with Modern Roller shutters as they have a great product, customer service and installation. This is the second time I have had windows installed by Eugene and they do the job perfectly! Noise and summer heat/light reduction is exactly as advertised.. I still have more windows to get shutters on but doing them in stages.. thanks team.

Requesting assistance of a problem to the eventual relacement of the Goodwe Inverter in lieu of the Fronious inverter was achieved with no worries and was done in a very professional and workmanship manner. Also the handling of this matter by Angelia Rowe from initiation to organising the installation staff was most appreciated. I have no issues with this with which I have had contact since initial installation in 2008. The plaque which was issued to me on initial installation indicates I was customer no 85 of you solar programme.

Easy to arrange the quote and installation for our modern roller shutters. The shutters have provided protection from the elements as well as security. We will be fitting out the rest of our home soon.
