Hi Kimberly,

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to advise on how you’re able to clear your credit.

However we do recommend you research the benefits of financial advisors and debt relief counsellors as they may be able to help eliminate or lower the amount of debt that you owe.

We wish you the best of luck and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any more questions.

Cheers, Team MoneyMe.

Hi Maria,

We understand the convenience of consolidating debt, and we offer loans between $2,100 and $15,000 for this loan reason. However, if you apply for $2,000 or under you will not be eligible to consolidate debt with us.

It’s important to note that MoneyMe loans are directly deposited into your bank account, so you have the freedom to disperse the funds to other creditors as you see fit.

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reply or get in touch directly on 1300 669 059.

Hi Tcm,

You would be eligible to apply for a loan with a default on your credit profile, however we’re unable to provide you with a definite outcome prior to submitting your application as we consider multiple factors in the review process.

With that said, it’s positive that the default has been fully repaid and that you have permanent employment.

Hello,
How do I know how much interest rate I will pay and when I will be expected to start re-paying?

1 answer
MoneyMe
Jon W.MoneyMe

Hi Monica,

When you apply you'll receive an internal rating based on your credit score and history with us. This rating determines your interest rate and is shown on your contract before accepting your loan offer – so you’ll have complete transparency before making a decision.

Your repayments will start with your next pay date, and we align your payment schedule to your pay cycle.

If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to reply or give us a call on 1300 669 059.

What do I need to apply?

It depends on your situation. If your employed in a and have a regular income paid to your bank account each week / fortnight, it should suffice. You spending habits are reviewed as to ascertain your serviceability should they approve funds.
My situation is a little unique I guess, where I am self employed, however, do not pay myself wages per say, rather then make owners distributions on a need only basis. My frustrations with these lenders, actually lenders across the board will claim that all cases are looked at Individual basis, but it is not the case. Regardless of how much actual cash my go into your personal account unless the amounts are regular and the same $, it’s not deemed to be a income as such. It seems that a bank account showing $450 going in every Monday would be given a loan, but a variable amount paid on unscheduled days could exceed $1000 however a loan is denied.
I Have been meaning to make some important changes to my initial review, and while there was some miscommunication the operations manager contacted me directly and I was given an opportunity to explain the uniqueness of my situation regarding earnings. While i still need to review as per my experience, I wouldn’t be rewriting the review to disguise the few problems I encountered, I intend to focus on the service that followed. As what is normally the case, the company as a whole dont seem to care about an individual customer but a business as a whole. Irrespective of the outcome they service I think is exceptional
