Good watch, my son loves it, i love the tracking system and the battery lasts 2 days. I ordered an extra band and it is good quality. Good value for money

We chose moochies for its price and the fact that, unlike a lot of the competitors products, it's waterproof! The GPS location is occasionally slightly out but that's a tower issue.
Our daughter (8) finds it very easy to use and loves that she can take photo's of her day and update us on her adventures.

Helpful way to be able to get in touch if needed and to know where my child is when she is travelling to and from school. Safer than her having a mobile phone.

Setup was easy, cheap plan & coverage seems good so far. Only issue is that it seems to lose charge quite quickly. My 10 year old daughter loves it. Calls me on FaceTime with it but that seems to lag quite a bit. Overall happy though.

Battery life is shorten quick if she use for voice mail or if she makes more than 10 calls. And GPS service needs to be more work to be accurate.

Great first phone for kids. Easy to use and set up. Would definitely recommend. More emojis and the ability to send photos to the watch would be an advantage but works amazingly.

Definitely not waterproof as advertised. My son only had it for 4 days, wore it in the shower once and now it's dead. The staff at Harvey Norman where we purchased it from tried to blame us for the rusted SIM card! I have now wasted $199 on the watch plus purchasing a SIM plan I can't use. Not to mention my 7 year old son is now without a Xmas present.

I purchased this watch for my 8 year old daughter. It was easy to set up and use (for both her and I). She uses it every day. I get piece of mind with the tracking features and because she has it on her wrist she will usually answer my calls straight away - which is also a plus over a phone. There is a slight delay sometimes on the video calls, but it is managable.

It’s a great product, well worth the investment Iff like me you are paranoid about the safety of your children. Would recommend this any time. You get what you paid for no unexpected charges.

why don't they have a phone number for support ?
not happy. why do i need to wright 30 words, its very
simple get a phone number and answer it, it reduces
frustration by 99.9%.

I bought this for my 5year old little is way to use and he loves it I’m just very disappointed in the battery life.
I have it on charge all night and we are lucky to get 6 hrs be fore it goes flat

Pricing is great for what this smart watch offers our children. My 10 year old daughter can now increase her independence and as a parent I will have more security around this.

Overall, I am happy with this device. Although i get daily alerts that my child is well outside of the safe zones set, when in actual fact she is sitting right beside me in our home. She is happy with how easy it is too use though.
