The Moochies watch is a no frills watch and is great to keep an eye on the young ones. It has provided all the features that I was after without being an overbloated smartwatch. There has aways been great customer service, with a special mention for CAMI, who has always been on top of the lot and has exceeded expectations.

The website us confusing and difficult to navigate. The customer service on the other hand was brilliant.
Not enamoured with the quality of the watch. It doesn't seem to stand up to the rigours of an active xhild. Screen protectors and straps need constant replacement, the battery is iffy and the pedometer doesnt work.

Customer service and product
We were extremely pleased with every step involved in getting our son a Moochies watch, not to add the piece of mind when he was able to contact us or visa versa if required. Unfortunately they were no longer allowed to wear them to school so we needed to cancel his SIM. Cami was extremely helpful and speedy in the response to my enquiry and if I wish to reconnect, will definitely contact Cami again to do so.
Nina was so helpful and I couldn’t of gotten help from anyone else but her.
I’m a bit unsatisfied with the battery power but other wise great. My kid knows how to use it if he ever gets into trouble

Called support and was in contact with Cami who answered my email so quick and attended to all my enquiry so quick efficiently resolved my issue . Great customer service !! You will not even get that response with any other companies .
